Great place to stay, very friendly owners, and very clean! Wouldn't stay anywhere else now.

Loved how clean the place was. Loved how it had everything you can think of in the room down to plates with forks and knives. The owner was super nice.

There was nothing we didn't like

The host seemed to have thought of every detail. There was a mini fridge which was perfect because we had brought our own food for the next day. There was dishes to eat our food on and even a small bottle of washing up liquid for us to use even though there was just the on-suite sink it was still very useful. There are earplugs and beach towels and an ironing board with iron and even a fan heater plus a large screen tv. The room itself is nicely decorated and the heating was on when we got there so it was toasty, a nice contrast to the weather outside. If the weather was nicer we could have used our own allocated table and bench located outside our rooms window. It's a nice touch that they are allocated as it preserves your privacy. The bed was insanely comfortable I've never experienced a bed like that actually, its one of those 2000 pocket sprung mattresses and your body just sinks into it. I couldn't feel my friend move at all next to me which gave us both a comfortable night sleep. As an added bonus we were able to have a late checkout which was really helpful because our event ran quite late that night.

The fact that there was a mini fridge at all was fantastic, this one was a bit noisy, it makes a cute bubbly sound that was kind of nice during the day but too distracting to sleep with. But we discovered it was turned up to maximum and by turning it down the noise diminished or disappeared. Next is the temperature, it was lovely when we arrived, nice and toasty but at night the heating was off and the air was chilled when we got back from our event and still cold the next day when we were up trying to get ready to leave. We were perfectly warm under the covers at night fortunately. Most places we have stayed in like this don't give you a way to control your temperature at all which is often really annoying, but this host did which is a massive bonus, we found a tall fan heater in the closet it just unfortunately wouldn't heat up so I think in this case it was just not working as apposed to not considered. Lastly it would have been nice if the bathroom door was a bit more private, its a folding door and doesn't really reach the other side so you can hear everything going on and see through the cracks if your looking. This was a bit more of a concern because I was staying with a friend rather than a partner but still worth mentioning. Apart from that like I said it really felt like the host had thought of everything we were very happy and surprised by the small additions that you just don't normally see in similar venues that really make your stay better and we would love to stay again.

Absolutely lovely place. Lovely owners, gave us a big pack of info on the surrounding areas for things to do, see, and places to eat. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, everything clean. Every commodity you could imagine was available in there. Just an all-round amazing place to stay!

Very clean and friendly. Tea and coffee facilities. Plates/cutlery and fridge for takeaways or to make snacks. Helpful host. Short walk to porth beach, 10-15 minutes.

Nothing, this was a wonderful 4 day break, we will be back.

Great stay would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay again if I'm inthis part of the country

The property was in a very calm and quiet surrounding yet near to the town center. Also the room setting was really nice. The host Leanne was also sweet.

i dont think there was an option for breakfast we had no breakfast at the property we had our 80 year old mother in law with us so had to drive most places but the location is fine a small distance to the beach and centre the host was very pleasant and the room fantastic i can not think of anything the room lacked and brilliant value for money

nothing the room was lacking nothing if anything slightly farther out than suited us with an 80 year old but would be no problem at all for most people

Pleasant, comfortable room, charming owner. Convenient location, very clean and Biscuits! There was a fridge, crockery and cutlery provided so it was possible to have a light supper and breakfast in the room. Plenty of toiletries and lovely big towels!

I was a little chilly> A fan was provided for if it were hot but that wasn't necessary! As I was cold from being outdoors I would have appreciated a fan heater but realise this is expensive on electricity. Maybe an electric blanket would have been nice.

Well equipped, short walk into the town, comfortable, quiet! Leanne was friendly and we were able to check in before 2.30 There is ate plenty of takeaway menu's available if you want to order in, but close enough to town to walk in. Or taxi company close by. The shower was lovely and bed very comfortable. Leanne has 2 dogs, which i asked to be introduced to! They were very friendly and away from the accommodation if anyone is allergic, didn't hear them atall during our stay

Really friendly and welcoming, lovely bright room with lots of little extras eg. Hand sanitizer, face wash as well as shampoo conditioner and shower gel, face creams , all cleaning essentials if you felt the need but it was immaculate. The bed was really comfy and had lots of tea, coffee and biscuits.

There was nothing not to like

great location within walking distance of Newquay. the room was fantastic, had everything you could want and more! every little detail had been thought of. would absolutely stay here again!
