cleanliness, the room was very dirty under the bed, we stay for 4 nights, my wheelchair brought dirt onto the carpet on day 2..... even though our room was serviced every day, the marks on the carpet were not vacuumed at all, they were still there on check out. cleaning staff need to lift their game!

Location was great, as walking distance to Rosebud Country Club.
WiFi and mobile reception was non-existent, making it difficult to contact friends not staying with us.

Nice big room good big TV nice spa.
Cleaning needed to be better no breakfast poor if it wasn't for the spa it would have been worth half the money.

it was great and nice and peaceful apart from the loud birds but other wise thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great location for where we had a few activities
tap in the bathroom could have been elevated on the sink as the water splashed when using tap doesn’t flow down properly on the sink needs wiping every time.

Quiet location, size of the room, price, cleanliness, microwave, outside area even though we could not take advantage of this due to the weather, daily change of towels without being requested, helpful staff
