Great location, few minutes walk to the centre. Very lovely staff who helps with everything you need! The rooms are a bit outdated but we liked the atmosphere! Lovely stay!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Katherina - We enjoyed the facilities (shared kitchen), nice pool, lovely room, great staff - the host kept our baggage after check-out time as well as things we had in the fridge and let us use the pool while we were waiting for our ferry.

The shower is extremely small and the shutters don’t work The walls are SO thin, a big group of girls were extremely loud coming home around 3am singing and screaming

Really nice traditional style hotel with friendly host yet modern room and very clean. We really liked the style of the room seemed quite newly done, the room had traditional stone walls and the shower was amazing! Location was great about a 10 minute to the sea front with the best restaurants in Parikia. From the port the walk is 15 mins to the hotel which also has the main bus terminal. There is a supermarket and bakery on the main road round the corner from the hotel. We found the cheapest place was the supermarket up the road from the port. Overall really good value for money and couldn't fault the room!

Maybe a more sunbeds around the pool as often none left and after a day exploring wanted to sit around the pool. It's a shame the hotel doesn't offer breakfast this would be a nice touch.

The room was great, big enough to not feel cramped during a long stay. The shower was excellent, abundant hot water and lots of water pressure. Quiet location. Pool was fantastic and lounge chairs comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great option to have basic kitchenette.

Although the shower was great, the wet area could have been extended with the little step and glass part, because the whole bathroom ended up with a puddle of water, not just by the shower.

Nice reception by Mario, the place is clean and comfortable.

Paper walls, you hear everything

Very peaceful area but only 5 minute walk from beach, bars/restaurants & 10 minutes from ferry port. Turn right when exiting the ferry & follow the seafront past the restaurants till you come to a small car park, take the little road at the side after 2 minutes you’ll see the apartments. Rooms are spotless a fair size with separate kitchen & small balcony. The very basic utensils if you want to cook & no microwave but with everything on your doorstep why would you ? The delightful pool area which contains the reception is lovely with comfy Sunbeds & there is a takeaway menu displayed so you can order from the local restaurant. The staff are helpful & friendly. A mini market is close by, as is the most delicious bakery, comes highly recommended.

Staff superb. Everyone very helpful and offered friendly advice. Maria the cleaner met us with the most wonderful smile every morning. Pool sunloungers brilliant. Borrowed sun umbrella for the beach. Beds very comfy. Short level walk from the port. Far enough from main hub to be peaceful but only 3 minutes walk from main bit.

Balcony a bit too small to sit on but that couldn’t be changed.

villa katerina was in an ideal location only a 10min walk from port and a 2min walk from the Main Street/ old town with plenty of shops and bars. It was clean and welcoming with a beautiful relaxing pool space !! The staff were polite and friendly, the receptionist (didn’t get her name sadly) was wonderful !! she helped me phone and book taxis making sure the company was giving me a fair price, which was very much appreciated <3

Everything is so nice, I loved it. And the staff is so informative introduce lots of nice place to go, definitely want to stay here again.

Great friendly place to stay, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a great room with a little kitchen area and it was perfect for a few days. Katerina even arranged a taxi transfer to our next hotel on another island for us.

Great price for the room and amenities. The pool and garden are beautiful. Little bit of a walk from the Port, but we understood that when we booked this location. It was a treat to walk through the alleys and see all the shops and restaurants. The host and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend for anyone staying in Paros.

The room was a tad noisy. It may have been the pipes or maybe the room above us. Not a huge deal to us, but it was noticeable in the middle of the night.

Great location, short walk to ferry terminal. Katerina gave us excellent recommendations on places to eat and beaches to visit. The room we stayed in was quite small, cave style and below ground but had excellent lighting so didn't feel like a dungeon. There was a shared kitchenette area and a place to hang/dry our clothes outside the room

Complimentary tea/coffee would have been ideal. We didn't swim in the pool - it looked nice but could do with some music to make the vibe more inviting!
