Lovely old French country house with modern bathrooms. On site parking.

No restaurant or bar. Had to drive into town to eat.

Lovely place, great rooms in a beautiful setting. Good breakfast with the most delicious french bread, jams and croissants. The host was friendly, helpful and very quick at responding to email enquiries.

Nothing not to like. My only advice would be one of the rooms had steep stairs to the bathroom so could be problematic for some if needing the bathroom at night and the other room had a lovely downstairs bathroom but the shower was slippery. However we would definitely stay again

The room and the bathroom were really big. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is great. Locked car parking inside the property.

Wifi sometimes seemed it was not working. The top floor room is beautiful but not for tall people

Picturesque location, overlooking a golf course with good views of the town. Large ground floor room with comfortable bed and a large shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast provided. Great dining area at top of the town. Recommend The Black Cat restaurant, very good.

Low headroom in the bathroom. Shower tray tended to overflow.

Location was good, quiet but just a few minutes from the heart of Angoulême by car, with a lovely view across the city. The pool was lovely, room was comfortable and very good breakfast. It was a stop over stay for us en route back home and it was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very helpful, organised a taxi for us to go into the city for dinner. Highly recommended.

Perhaps a little more signage at the entrance as I didn't realise that I was at the property and turned around trying to find it!

The B&B is really gorgeous, outside the city centre, in a quiet location, but the city centre is only 5 minutes away. The rooms are very big, the bathrooms as well. We arrived late, which was no problem. Jonathan gave us the name of a nice restaurant where we could have dinner after 9.30pm: Chez Paul. Breakfast is very good. The children loved the swimming pool.

Absolutely so pleased we found this property. Stunning grounds and location. Lovely spacious room and very large modern shower. Short drive from the beautiful town of Angoulême.

I decided to take an early morning swim at 7.30 before breakfast...unbeknown to me, the pool was alarmed! I wasn't warned of this when checking in. Our host was a little bit grumpy to have been woken so early and didn't hesitate in letting me know. Maybe he's just not a morning person. 🤣Be warned! No early morning dips allowed!!!

Difficult access up the stairs to our room. Not very much storage space and very average decor. Self-service breakfast.

Situated in the beautiful golf place on the hill, the view was fantastic. The staff was very nice explaining everything to us. The swimming pool with young the view over the town is incredible and breakfast in the sunshine as well. .

Fantastic location; plenty of space, green environment and very close to the city! Marion and Jonathan are very friendly and helpful. The room is big, very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. We look forward to come back to Champ Fleuri and highly recommend the place to any visitor!

Very friendly host. Clean room , nicely presented breakfast. One of the two rooms we booked was very pretty with great view of the city. Kitchen available to use.

Finding location was difficult. Attic room with bath only.
