Location and access to the beach

quality of room. dated especially in the bathroom

close to the beach and walking paths. Quiet complex with good sea breezes. Car parking under building and close to unit. Reception staff were lovely

Maintenance is required. Missing curtains, remote controls to tv, fan and air conditioner didn’t work and these things appeared to have been flagged as broken in September. Mould on top air conditioner vents needs urgent attention.

The views from the apartment are amazing and the beach is just there.

It was Christmas period so a bit crowded. It could do with an on-site restaurant. Nothing really negative.

The peacefulness and pool

Not being able to see the beach and not many eating out options within walking distance

Location was great. Straight through to the beach. The grounds of the resort were very nice and well maintained. The pool and little spa were very good.

Initially we noted we had no curtains on the lounge room door / window that lead to the balcony. We asked , but nothing was done so we were left completely exposed!! Also the fan in the bedroom did not work nor the air conditioner in the lounge dining area. Again we asked for a change of batteries or help they came but did nothing. On checking out i again mentioned that for 5 days no one did anything about curtains etc reception said .. oh we will let the owner know! These things should be in 100% working order and prepared. We paid $1,500 for 5 nights and received no help or even interest in our need for assistance. Also there are no lifts where we were accommodated and had to haul everything up 2 flights of stairs with heavy internal door to the garage. Location may be great but if the rest is not great it is not fair to pay very hefty prices to find no one on site gives a damn. This is not to say I would not recommend this property but as many units are leased be wary of the fact that if something is not working or a problem happens you likely won’t get assistance.

handy to the facilities and beach

could do with getting rid of unnecessary furniture.. like corner units and maybe updating the furniture but we were quite happy with the lovely unit (10) and it’s position.

Great location. Had the pool and basketball court which was great for the kids.

we had the penthouse, but were disappointed that there was nothing up there apart from the view. All they needed was a small bbq, sun lounges and it would have been a great space to use. a lot of the room items need replaced- rusty old hair dryer, iron that we couldn’t use etc.

The room was fantastic. We enjoyed the half basketball court and the beach front access. We could definitely stay here again. Having access to Netflix in the evening was a bonus too.

Location was great, resort facilities excellent, access to beach, shops, park was easy and convenient. Apartment was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved it!! Already booked to come back before even leaving.

Liked the location

Beds very uncomfortable, very outdated, no effort put into the room, very small tv. Rusty shower caddy’s, poor water pressure, stained carpets, rooftop has nothing just old table,

Location was amazing. Staff were friendly. Resort grounds were clean and well maintained.

The room was a little dated in terms of decor, but clean and comfortable and a great size. Good value.

We arrived an hour early. Reception was closed but just a call as suggested by a new lovely cleaning staff member had us checked in early. Very friendly staff who made plenty of allowances. Room exceeded my expectations the moment I opened the door. Didn’t need to go out for a while as we soaked up the ambience. Ended up having a siesta…a perfect start and just what the doctor ordered.

Aircraft noise. But absolutely bearable when doors a closed.

easy to get everywhere from the location. close to the beach. great pool, sauna and spa.

the beds were doubles in a 3 bedroom apartment. there were 2 doubles, then 2 singles. would have been better if the beds were queen or king but knew that when booking. it’s the only negative thing about it though. great place to stay.
