from the reception to the restaurant, cleaning to bars and the entertainment staff everyone was absolutely lovely and helpful quality and selection of the food and drinks were top notch even the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice level of professionalism throughout the staff was very high beautiful hotel and amenities we recommend to everybody whether as a couple or as a family holiday

The Staff were amazing and very helpful. The main pool was beautiful and the beach was clean. There was a large choice of food at the main buffet style restaurant with different dishes every day.

The hotel is all included food. has many options and very nice food. the pools are great for kids and family. also they allowed us to have a late checking which was great.

From the beginning we didn’t get the room we paid for ,garden view ,but they change it the next day ,so make sure you get what you pay for

Hotel is clean and water quality at beach is nice.

Service quality is not as it is expected from 5 star hotel. Especially availability of water in the room was very poor. Just 2 small plastic cups (0,4 liters) per person a day. We needed to bring water from restaurant to our room. Additionally there is no wifi in rooms. Turkish coffee was an extra for all inclusive hotel which really surprised me. In order to avoid any bad surprises, please ask if your request is extra or not, regardless of how simple it is.

Sea is windy in the afternoon. No wifi available at all at any location inside the hotel.

Everything, location, staff, meals, diversity, sea, worth every penny, the free access to Aqua park near to the resort…. Night parties, all is amazing ! I would go back and visit again,

During booking, reviews were not encouraging to select this property, also it was non- refundable, so no free cancellation, but when I stayed in the resort, I understand why it was none refundable, simply they have high quality standards, three meals + 2 snacks + drinks, full daily room cleaning, security and management “an army of beautiful team” is working to make all ready, clean, diverse, and tasty… this requires non-hesitant visitors to book and attend 🤗

Spacious, well stocked, good facilities. Spa was fantastic

The staff at the spa were very very pushy. We booked to shut them up. The Turkish bath and massage were amazing but then the reception staff harassed us all holiday to keep going back. WiFi only in communal areas.
