Terrible guest service. Total lack of respect in the communication. there was an issue with the payment, a fault of the hotel, and the lack of respect was atonishing.

I liked the location close to the bus station. The bed was good and the bathroom was ok. The breakfast was also good quality.

I think the property is overpriced. It looks very good from the outside, but the rooms are simply furnished with old furniture. I found also the personnel not so pleasant. Also the first day the water in the shower was freezing for more than one minute... I guess it´s not completely dependent on the hotel, but the price could be adjusted to the overall country standard.

Exceptional staff. Exceptionally friendly. Went above and beyond expectations. We had contacted the hotel ahead of time for assistance with transportation back to the airport at the end of our stay because we had a tight window to make our flight departing from Quito after our last activity in Ibarra. Within minutes of checking in the assistant manager personally found me and confirmed transportation arrangements. It was almost like we had a local friend or family member taking care of us while we were on our visit. Would certainly stay again.
