Everything perfect

The location of the pool was just a few feet from our apartment. The pool and the trees and grass around it are beautifully designed. The receptionist the male and female were very helpful.

The location of the resort is some distance from the city centre, which requires a taxi for places like KFC,McDonald’s and Burger King and other restaurants. The currency exchange locations are far away from the resort. Although my experience in Morroco was pleasant, the price of food and taxi fares were higher than expected, I’m not sure if this is due to inflation or the taxi drivers charging at their own discretion. If the taxi drivers are charging more than they should, then I suggest the local authorities in Tangier should investigate and monitor. Charging more taxi fares is not good because it will eventually put tourists off from using taxis, which then wouldn’t help the local economy. I understand that most Morrocans speak French fluently. I would also suggest that they learn to speak English fluently, because many people from the UK also visit Morroco. Speaking English fluently will help bring more tourists from the UK.

our children loved the proximity to the theme park and the aqua par. the staff were all amazing and very helpful. we loved our stay and would very much recommended to families with children.

From day one we've issues with the window blinds not opening and no WiFi. They fixed the window blind the following day but never fixed the wifi. Also, the park was supposed to be included in stay but they charged for it anyways and once we fixed it, we couldn't go in the water park after checking out

the location is ideal, not too far from the center of the city. many activities to choose from in the area, breakfast was really good and the staff was amazing

one of the rooms window blinds was broken and couldn't get fixed until the following day, and the rooms we got did not have Wifi, i mentioned it to the staff since day one, they said that they are working on it (everyday) it wasn't till the the eve of our departure that they actually sent a technician to only confirm that the wifi signal was very weak in our room and he said he would come back to fix it, but did not. also, the stay should have included a free entrance to the water park but they charged us for it the main issue isn't that some things were broken, it happens, our issue is that they did not work hard enough to get it fix in a timely manner

Breakfast was excellent. The waiters were very friendly. The bed was clean and confortable. The supervisor contacted us to help us have a more enjoyable stay. We will go back for sure.

heater/ac display screen was damaged so we couldn't set up the temperature needed. The door doesn't have a lock from inside, kids can open it easily and leave the appt. Serious security concern
