Przestrzenny apartament, dużo miejsca i światła. Fajną lokalizacja, ładny widok.

Sypialnia zostawia trochę do życzenia, materace i pościel mało komfortowe, malo wygodnie, brak zasłon, lampy z ulicy rozświetlały cały pokój. Do tego ściany są bd cienkie i niewygłuszone. Za ścianą w sypialni u sąsiadów znajduje się kuchnia z salonem, słychać wszystko, rozmowę szuranie krzesłami, naczynia, ogólnie noce to była nerwówka bo sąsiedzi kładli się spać późno w nocy. Niestety ale w sezonie napewno bym tego ponownie nie rezerwowala.

Just a positive suggestion to upgrade pillows and for bed to have mattress cover.

Location was great.

Check in was difficult mainly due to language issues and not clear instructions. But issue was solved and everything was fine after I got access.

Central location to the beach and few normal restaurants. Compared to other places in PL, Ustka is probably the most underdeveloped sea resort I was able to see. I visited Ustka 20yrs ago and hoped to see in 2022 lots luxury places near the beach. That did not happen.

I could not rest well in the bedroom, so a good night sleep got interrupted at sunrise. Some genius decided to install white window drapes or blinds that made the room light up once the sun came up. Not a chance to darken the bedroom so zero chance to get decent sleep. The kitchen was missing beer glasses, which is sad considering the place I had a week before in Germany had them. Had some issues with getting the paperwork done, lots of unnecessary communication to get the invoice. Would appreciate having some kind of folder with things to do or places to visit. The property has a bit of false advertising when it claims there is free public parking available on site. When you want to leave your car on site, it will cost you. As a prolific business traveller I don't mind paying in excess of 150 EUR a night for comfort and convenience. To sum it up, this place looked to me like a budget hotel when it comes to furniture and everything but charges 5 star prices. The only rational explanation I came up with, is that the place is targeting the type of customer who eats advertised fresh but in reality frozen fish from numerous Budkas or stands on paper plates and plastic forks. For this target market the property would probably be like paradise, for those who want more, perhaps not.

Host met us and walked us up to the apartment. Apartment was cozy and in an excellent location only a few blocks from the pier and beach.

Apartment was a bit small - this is great for a short stay but not for a month. Apartment is also a 4th floor walk up (no elevator). Parking was not available in the parking area so I had to park in a adjacent lot.

The location of the property is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops. The balcony is overlooking the bay- perfect for nights on the balcony.

The bathroom shower was too small, nowhere to put soap and shampoo:( The fridge position is awkward, not convenient to open the doors. Fridge in general wasn’t working that well and had a smell. TV didn’t have many channels to watch.

Nice and quiet accomodation, although at the time of arrival in different house than pictured (within the same location though), parking on the public parking spot on the bank of the river (free of charge), a bit difficult for safely parking our bikes (as the parking lot is not within the block of apartments or in the garage). By and large nice place to stay.

Check-in is super easy. The host was amazing and the property is the best I have stayed at in Poland. 3 BR, 2 BA with LOTs of room. Location is a quick walk from the lighthouse and pier. Parking is secure.

Property did not come with towels so bring your own.
