Balboa Island Waterfront Home w/Linen Service, AC, Kayak, Dock, Garage Included
Hohe Decken, Oberlichter im Flur des Master BR und im Obergeschoss, Klimaanlage im Ober- und Untergeschoss sowie eine große Küche und ein Esszimmer mit neuen Geräten warten auf Ihren Urlaub! Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, sodass es insgesamt 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche oder Badewanne (oder beidem) gibt. Jeder BR verfügt auch über einen eigenen Fernseher. Unser Wohnzimmer verfügt über 1 Roche Bobois-Sofa und 2 überfüllte und bequeme Stühle. 1 aufblasbares Queen-Matratzenpolster und 1 aufblasbares XL-Twin-Polster bieten zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Upstairs Master ist ein kalifornischer König mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne. Das Upstairs Guest Bedroom verfügt über 3 Betten (darunter 1 Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Doppelbett) und 1 großes Einzelbett. Alle haben neue Matratzen, die sehr bequem sind. Das Gästeschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt auch über ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Dachterrasse hat einen Tisch und mehrere Stühle und bietet bequem Platz für 8-10. Die Dachterrasse ist einer der besten Orte, um am Ende Ihres Tages den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Unser Haus ist auch mit einer privaten Anlegestelle ausgestattet. Home ist offiziell lizenziert von Newport Beach (Geschäftslizenznummer BT20060905) und wird professionell verwaltet.

Beautiful property in a great location! Host was wonderful and very accommodating! Only issue we had with the property was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Unfortunately; we had to re-clean the showers before using them. Otherwise, our stay was perfect in every way.

What an amazing little stay we had for my sister in laws bachelorette party. It was so convenient to all the stores and is walking distance to a lot of activities on the island/restaurants. It was so easy to work with Greg and our check in process was seamless.
Would definitely rent this place out for my family at some point and hope to in the near future!

Great location on Balboa but the house has not been maintained and is in very poor condition.
Upon check in:
- Owner provided old door codes so had to call him to get access
- Beds were not made with linens so made them up ourselves
- Wet laundry in dryer
- Towels and bed linens were threadbare and stained, old. Really poor condition
- House generally unkept and dirty with dust, dirty floors, HVAC vents, windowsills, window blinds are filthy
- Walls and woodwork all dirty, marked up
- Primary bathroom had missing towel bars, leaking shower fixture
- Porch was covered in sand and dirty-had to hose that off myself to make unusable

My daughter and college friends absolutely loved the property and its plentiful amenities including the kayaks! The rooms have views and have so much natural light. The well appointed kitchen was utilized many times for special meals. And the property manager Greg was fantastic and even dropped off some special desserts. Highly recommend !

From direct connected garage to a view filled patio and master bedroom we had a wonderful stay! Great showers and large “clean” BBQ along with a fire pit just made us hover at our Balboa home much more than we normally do. The oversized TV provided a nice cool down spot to our days. Next time will have to try the bikes and kayak!

We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday this past weekend and had such a wonderful time I’m not sure where to begin… the home has a terrific layout for entertaining. All the rooms, beds and couch/chairs were super comfortable. Spotlessly clean throughout. And so many awesome extras–the kayaks, piano, patios, balcony off the master, games, bikes–we took advantage of them all. The house is literally steps from a specialty market and lots of shops and restaurants on the main downtown street. We will be coming back as soon as possible! This was absolutely one of our very top getaway experiences. And Greg you were such a thoughtful and responsive host, thank you so much!

I went here with a reunion of friends and this house could not be more perfect. the rooms are spacious and plentiful, as well as incredibly clean. I'm a stickler about cleanliness, and this is the first rental property I've been in where it seemed like they actually did deep clean. It smelled fresh and there was no dust in sight. The kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil, appliance you would need (including 3 different types of coffee makers!). The location is half a block away from the main Balboa Island shopping strip, which is so convenient. The kayaks are AWESOME--we had a blast exploring the canals. The only difficult part was parking in the garage, as we had a Honda Civic and a Toyota Corolla, which couldn't quite fit. But no matter, it was very easy to find parking on Little Balboa Island and took me no more than 5 minutes to walk to my car. If you are considering a place in Balboa Island, stop looking, you've found the place. You can't beat a house as perfect as this one.

The house was not only well laid out, stocked and beautiful, it was right on the canal, in one of the coveted locations in OC. Balboa Island is a special place and it was nice to feel like we lived there for a few days. Greg, the host, also can't be beat! So responsive and kind.

We had the best time together, exploring, playing games, lots of laughter and the priceless gift of family together.
The location was perfect to shop and eat in the village. We had more Balboa bars than we should have. I think we’d like to make this an annual destination.

Great location convenient to the main commercial street on Balboa. Walking distance to market and restaurants.
Gregory was more than accommodating, responsive and helpful. We could not find the blender and notified Gregory and he delivered a new blender the same day.
Welcoming basket from him was a real treat and very much appreciated.
Extra refrigerator in the garage is very helpful with six guests.
Would rent again for next August, but it was already taken.
Some minor wears and tears in flooring and walls not abnormal for a rental property.
Garage can hold one large car, possibly two small due to challenge of navigating in due to dumpsters in alley behind garage. Additional parking on Little Island was very convenient.
All in all, a good choice for the price.

It was like Christmas morning for my family when we walked into the rental! The rental was so clean, inviting, bright and airy. There were kayaks, board games, sand toys, everything we needed for the beach was also easily accessible (chairs, towels, etc..) Two parking spots in the garage that we were so grateful for. Many extras were not unnoticed here-the extra towels everywhere, the fancy toilets, the rooftop, the bbq grill, so much storage and the home is nice and big! We had the time of our lives! My favorite part is the location, just steps away from the main road on Balboa where there is everything you could possibly want and need-restaurants, shopping, activities…there is a mini beach out front and your own private dock! Wonderful wonderful stay! Thank you soooo much for hosting us!

Greg was an awesome host! He was extremely communicative and always available to answer my questions from the moment I booked the rental to the actual days of the rental and during.
The home itself is beautiful and in such a fun location. The roof top was our favorite! The home is right behind the little market which made last minute grocery purchases a breeze. Not to mention how walkable it was to everything else on the main road.
I’d highly recommend Greg’s property for your next Newport trip! You won’t regret it!

This was a girls trip to play pickleball in Newport Beach. The host was always prompt in communications. The property was better than advertised. Outdoor and indoor spaces were thoughtful decorated with plenty of space for 5 of us to share. My only complaint was I didn’t tag on a couple of more days to the trip to enjoy all this property had to offer.

Our family had a wonderful reunion on the island. It is absolutely magical during the holidays. We had originally booked the wrong date and the owner was so kind to adjust his schedule to accommodate the dates we needed.

beautiful house in a nice location
Very clean and nicely furnished (very well stocked kitchen) house. We (11 adults) stayed only for one night. location is very nice. walkable to restaurants and shopping and also nice walk around the island. There is a parking garage for 2 cars, but we were only able to park one car comfortably. It was easy to find parking for other cars in my group outside without any issues.
