I booked the family room for just one night, but wish we could have stayed longer! What a lovely little place in the centre of town. The host Kerry called the morning of our stay to give us directions and let us know how to access our room, which was much appreciated. When we arrived the air conditioning had already been switched on for us, which was thoughtful of staff on a hot day. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen has everything you would need for a longer stay. The location is great, being on the main street and within a few minutes walking distance to all of the places to eat or go for a drink, and to the supermarket. We will be back for another stay someday! :-)

Comfortable motel style accommodation, with generous size spa. Short walk to city centre. Easy check in and out. Parking on-site.

No sound proofing, can hear too much from neighbouring rooms.

On the outside it looked great. Ample parking. Had adequate facilities.

It was very tight pulling into the property. when we arrived we did not know which was our room, the code we had did not work on any of the doors. We called the owner, she did not get back to us! we found a cleaner at the sister property, she let us know where the key was, but we should speak to the owner first. we left several messages with no joy! So let ourselves in and stayed the night.

Spa bath with shower difficult for 70+ people to get in and out. Nowhere to put anything. A bit cluttered. Detailed cleaning could have been better.

Great location, we stayed in the spa room, the spa was massive. Two minute walk to great restaurants. Very quiet and felt safe with having a young child there. Kerry is the nicest staff I have met on my travels.

No spare toilet roll, spa didn’t work and cutlery was dirty

loved the location. we stayed in the family room, so we could cook if we felt like it. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. Mary-Ann, was very welcoming and gave us some great advice on where to go.
