Very small room. Very tight for 2 people

The price is great, location was good. We had dinner in the bistro and it was exceptional. The rooms are small, but well appointed and comfortable. Staff we friendly and welcoming.

The bed is a double bed due to the size of the room, so if you’re taller be prepared that your toes might hand over the end!

Two separate rooms for the kids and adults in a single unit. Bathroom was modern and fresh. Everything was well cleaned and there was a decent amount of mini milks provided for tea & coffee.

Main bed could have been a little bigger otherwise it was quite comfortable.

Friendly. helpful staff - particularly nice young bar staff and housekeeper. Excellent location as I could walk everywhere. Being able to have a takeaway from the dining room in my room was also very helpful.

Great location on the main road in Bairnesdale. We were attending an event at the Mitchell Tavern therefore it was perfect for us to just walk upstairs at the end of event. Clean room at a very reasonable price, great for a one night stay

It wouldn't be great for anyone with mobility issues as you must be able to climb a flight of stairs.

Clean and good location close to the town centre. Reasonable price for a one night stop while travelling through.

Very small room and the bed was not that comfortable, however it was also reflected in the price so we can’t complain!

To be honest we booked this accomodation based on price more than anything, but were very happy here - rooms were good value and the staff were amazing - staff are super helpful and efficient, very impressed. We arrived with bikes (bicycles), as were bike packing in the area and whilst it was a bit awkward getting the bikes up the stairs etc loved that the staff were 100% fine with us taking our bikes up to our room. We worried the main road would be noisy as it gets a lot of traffic, but didn't hear a thing overnight and slept very well. Great location in the middle of town.

The pillows aren't great, but then that's most motels - but we still slept fine.
