The staff were all great and cooperative. The villa was luxurious and spacious. Overall I would come again

Some furniture needs little renovation. And I wish there were cookware in the kitchen.

We enjoyed swimming at the pool and the beach. The beach is beautiful and it had lots of places to hang out, sit, and have some food and drinks. The staff on waves restaurant were very friendly and helpful as well. I would rate the restaurant and staffs 100/100.

The 2 remote controls of each tv didn’t work properly. You would have to wait for the buttons to react, and the youtube on the bedroom tv didn’t work. We used the microwave one night before we left and the heating didn’t work. When we were about to take out the food, the door won’t open so we called the staff. They checked it but it was late so we told them to fix it the morning after. When we were about to check out the manager wanted us to pay for the damages. I was utterly shocked! The microwave didn’t work to begin with, and he wanted us to pay for the replacement of the part for the microwave door. Honestly the microwave looked cheap and the fridge was faulty as well. The cooling part at the bottom was full of ice and didn’t cool our water. I had to unplug it and waited for the ice to belt so we could keep our food and drinks cold and after that it worked fine. Overall, I hated how they handled the situation about the microwave. I was actually expecting them to apologize because of the faulty appliance but instead they wanted us to pay for it.

The swimming pool & beach was very neat and clean , I like the room & the breakfast buffet. Staff Miss.Maysa and team excellent support.

Lunch and dinner international food not available,also buffet system not available. Bathtub missing.
