Good location, but there are too many BUT I recognized this place upon arrival, one of my friends stayed there for a couple nights, i booked it occasionally seeing there is a kitchen, but in the reality there is just dirty old plastic kitchen stuff, dirty plastic table, dirty old sofa i had to cover with my clothing to sit on it, very weird old bed linen, old towels, shower that makes the whole bathroom wet and a cherry to my cake - 300€ were stolen from my open suitcase on the first day

Everything else - rooms were not at all like they were pictured. Baffles me how they kept the rating. First room I got absolutely STANK of mould, it was disgusting. Bathrooms have this bizarre opening that link to other room's bathrooms, so you can smell the mould and mildew from every room. Sheets were obviously old, towels were thin and grey, with holes. Kitchenette sink was filthy, utensils had not been properly washed. Bathroom door didn't close without a lot of difficulty. Room door was also difficult to lock, you had to lift the handle a certain way. Rooftop had a manky chihuahua and not much else. There's very little natural light coming in the room from the thin window. When I asked the girl at the counter to change rooms, she was at first reluctant. I also asked for a refund and she tried to discourage me from it, saying that it was an inconvenient process for them (???). Terrible customer service. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews, but in this case I can't keep my mouth shut, so I'll start with the positives: The location is central and the price is quite cheap and were the only two positives points.

Misleading photos, advanced state of disrepair, humidity problem, the building has not been maintained although it should be almost new as it was built in 2018, the furniture is of poor quality and the bathroom is worthy of an unkempt public toilet.

Room is clean. Staff is kind. Price is nice. Thanks!😊

Bathroom needs renovation, it’s so old and moldy. The pictures look so bright but it’s not like that in reality.

- room is mold, smelly kitchen utilities was old thin towel . We stayed for 2weeks expecting would be have a good room but we were shock by moldy. Understandably is because covid or pandemic but we still expect room like picture . As per request on booking.com to give us the confortable room and yes they give us choices but yeah same but bigger and we appreciated for the staff that is why we still give them 3star for the great location and great staff Dont look the sky rooftop is not there anymore what we found is leftover furniture and little dog Lift was taking time to go up or down 🤦🏽‍♀️ Wifi not great Tv broken screen was all blue 🤣 Old fridge Cooker hood was a joke !!! Doesnt work ! Almost all kitchen inside the room doesnt work Waterheater last 3minutes. Husband & I always waiting eachother to take shower together as the heater was working so quick ADVICES FOR APARTMENT : at least you can do, eventhought you dont clean the room please give some paper and water in front of door as you mentioned on the websites

It's a perfect place for relax. It's an apartment building, so very quiet.

The bathroom is a bit old.

Since there is a stove inside the room, one could cook your own breakfast to help alleviate breakfast request by the other guests. The manager will provide you the food, etc. to bring to your room and cook. The WiFi and smart TV was a bonus.

Rm No. 208 and perhaps other rooms in the building have open bathrooms connecting upstairs to the manager's home. Even with our bathroom door closed, you can hear EVERYTHING including nearby neighbors through that bathroom opening. There were a few ants and mosquitoes. We borrowed bug spray from the front desk which resolved most of that problem. If possible, all of those open bathrooms on the second floor should be walled up with concrete to reduce noise.

Excellent location, great staff, great room.

Location was good, price was cheap.

Dingy place, doesn't look like the photos. Not really in great shape. One of the main reasons I stayed was because of the rooftop lounge area, but it looks abandoned, nothing like the photos. No seating, dirty, might as well just close it off.
