No hand soap at bathroom sink . Bed very uncomfortable. Heating pipes creaked the whole night.

Great location in the centre of town but very quiet. Parking available at the door. Had everything we needed for our stay - TV, free wifi, well equipped kitchen, good shower and comfy bed.

Everything about accommodation was excellent and we would definitely recommend and return.
Sedgefield is a lovely village, with great places to eat and handy for A1M.
Sofa in lounge has seen better days and could do with being replaced.

The place is idea to stay in Sedgefield, walking distance to the shops and good parking.
The bed and the settee are not comfortable, they are old and worn. We stayed here 2 years ago and the springs are now felt through the mattress in the main bedroom.

Only thing to like was location .
No wifi and no help to get it. Had to buy extra data. Leak in bathroom, constant wet floor no real attempt to fix all week.
