Restaurant staffs English is not good enough for such a good hotel

The food was very nice and had a good variety to chose from.

There were small flies in the room that got to be a bit annoying when working on the computer but overall a wonderful stay.

Hot AC and alot of mosquitos when i opened the window for cool air

It was clean,and the design is perfect, the staff always smiling and welcoming, and asking to help , I lost my baby milk bottle they found it for me without asking for it , the location is near to famous street there . There was one problem , the AC wasn’t working good or May be not working. One thing I fell in love with it was baby set up They put bathrobe teddy bear hand soap for my baby

Room service food🥲 Would be cool to replace the processed cheese on burgers and club sandwiches with real cheese. It unfortunately makes the food taste like plastic. The food at the restaurant however was excellent.

Mattress Noise of other rooms - Rooms are completely not sound proof and you can hear everyone around you. During Euro Soccer tournament, people are screaming and do not let you sleep.... Otherwise, its a good hotel, well located and modern.

- I paied for some missing drinks from bar while I didnt use at all!! - A very rode guy is answering through phone from resturant. - No facilities is avalible such as swiming pool. - Suite is having air conditioning in sitting room but not in bedroom. Although suite is small and might be enough but not for me. - TV is avaliable in bedroom but not in sitting room!

It's not soundproof at all. You can hear literally every movement from outside and inside of the hotel. Also the room was not the same it has been shown on the pictures. As we had a connecting door with the other room and also balcony was not exactly like balcony.... I would say it looked like a cage. No sunlight. When we went to complain about noise in the middle of the night (probably some guy was trying to kill his kid), the girl in the reception said she can do nothing with it. She can not give us money back, can not change our room. We booked this hotel for two nights. So, in case of not staying the next night, we still won't get our money back for one night even. The only option that they gave us on the reception was to save that one night "as a credit" for the future. That means we would have to come back because that's the only hotel they have. This I won't do even if they pay me extra. Maybe in case if I do not plan to sleep at all. Next funny thing was an absence of hairdryer. That was also strange as on the booking they have a 5 stars. I really do not understand why 5. 2 maximum. Even 3 stars hotels have the hairdries.

Excellent place to stay in Odesa! The room was perfect - very trendy. Great bathroom, spacious living room area, comfortable and quiet bed and - best of all - a big balcony with a sunbed! Magnificent!

There was no remote control for the TV in the hotel room. The minibar could also have been stocked a little bit better.
