Please consult also the evaluations before us which are absolutely correct: such a terrible cigarette smell that had to get up 5am just to walk outdoors to breathe... except because of the mine in the city, the air quality outdoors is also very low and the it smells everywhere. We did not stay in the room booked as there was no heating whatsoever (outdoor temperature indoors) and the lights were not working (in the ceiling). The triple room booked was extremely small, literally with nothing else than 3 single beds. We were shown 2 other options which both had stairs (1st floor and 2nd floor) although we had made it perfectly clear via messages in advance that the room needs to be on the ground floor. Apparently the landlord never speaks English and always calls to her helper for translation. We were offered service in Russian (not our language) so we called to someone we know who could speak Russian, but that didn't seem to work either (the landlord cut the phonecall short). There is no breakfast option as promised, not even at additional cost, and there's definitely NOT a promised private parking! Don't know if the pool exists, didn't see one or any kind of backyard like in pictures. Wifi worked when it felt like it... do not trust that and also in the city in general, you will run into wireless connectivity issues (we had bought a special wireless data package, did not fully work). The room we ended up in was just awful: worst bed of our lives, hundred years old ? spring bed making noises and sunking to the floor level when you go in it, no toilet paper, no light bulbs in most of the room lights, horrible smell in bathroom (which was a size of a coin) and water all over the floors (seemed to be coming underneith tiles, very strange), no toilet paper, two very small and very used towels only, toilet lose and fell aside every time when used, and then the smell.... omg, no words can describe.

Staff were very accommodating, especially as we arrived in the middle of a storm/power cut! The bed was comfortable.

There wasn't a choice of room so I believe we were staying in a smoking one and the smell was there.
