We absolutely loved the place and found no issues whatsoever with cleanliness (this was brought up in some past reviews). Skiing in and out was a breeze (a 4 minute walk down the hill and you're right at eagle lift - no big deal, even with skiis and boots on). Views were stunning. We'll be back.

great location and property, poor maintenance. we loved the location of this rental as we were able ro walk to eagle run and ski back. The manager makes sure the roads are safe to drive on on snowy days as he has a tractoe and is very diligent. The views are spectacular and the living area and kitchen are well equipped and nicely decorated. the bedrooms are ample and have decent bathrooms and plenty of storage. The extra full bathroom in the living area comes in handy foe busy mornings - The furnishings are nice but the sofa is not very clean - many of the light bulbs were out and dust was gathering in windowsills and bookshelves - overall not a very clean feeling home. we had issues with the bottom bedroom wall being covered with boogers that the cleaners had not noticed or cleaned and the loght in that room was flickering and not repaired during our stay. The master bedroom walk in closet was missing a light and could not be used as it was very dark - this too went not repaired during our stay even though these issues were reported on the day of arrival and we had been peomksed rectification, management wanted to send maintenance on the last eve of our stay - to be fair we were only there for three nights so the only way it would have worked is if they had responded the second day as they had promised but did not follow through. the parking space is ample (1 car in garage and two in driveway - overall we had a nice stay but wished it were cleaner and better maintained

WE haad reserved Bridges 108 which just a short walk down the hallway to the lopes, But upon arrival the heater did not work and the temp was sitting at 47. The team was able to move us down the street to this unit, which was very nice and very large.

Wonderful ski-in ski-out location on Eagle lift in Mammoth. Well stocked kitchen...could use a few more dish towels & bath towels. Fireplace is out of order and didn't work. Also, one window was off track and wouldn't close, so very chilly!

This COULD be an amazing place to stay, thanks to the amazing view and overall great bones. However, the decor is disgraceful. Torn and dirty furniture. Kitchen stools I wouldn't sit on. I slept with only the clean sheet over me, because the blanket was very old and very worn. Unattractive comforter in burgundy over the blanket - couldn't tell if it was clean, felt dirty. Same with our son's bed. Price was outrageous relative to the quality with additional service fees etc. Mammoth Reservations - what are you doing??? I won't rent through you again. There was no evidence of 'care' for the guest. Easy small things that typically are expected in a weekend rental were missing. Freezer with no ice tray. Large poker table with no playing cards. Of the 4 or 5 places we have rented in Mammoth this was by far the worst. Not a stones throw to the slopes.

Overall very good experience except when we arrived to the unit, the driveway was not accessible. The road snow was also dumped in the driveway. The snow removing driver said that he was not told that the unit was rented. We had to wait for him to clean the driveway. Also our internet was not accessible. We were given unit 15 next door password to access.

Almost everything was pretty great. There were only two things that could've been better. First, the water from the fridge tasted like iron...like intensely. I think mostly just because it's not used much so those pipes get rusty I'm assuming but that sucked. So bring your own water. The other thing was that the sheets on the beds felt old and itchy like they haven't been washed in a good minute. But that makes sense since they probably don't get book very often so they stay unwashed and collect dust. They should probably wash those like once every 3 weeks or so cause its kind of uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. Great location as well as an easy check in process.

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome at Bridges complex. Magnificient views of the Sierras and Lake Crowley. We shared the home with another family. 4 adults and 4 teenagers and never felt crowded. Well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware. About a 5 minute walk to the slopes and ski out to Eagle. TVs in every bedroom and family room. Heated blankets on the beds. Three bedrooms with comfortable king size beds. Large deck off master for apres ski lounging. Large indoor jacuzzi in community room just up the road.

We had 3 families with 4 kids (ages 13-27); plenty of room to spread out without using single pull-out in loft or second trundle bed in lower bedroom; great layout and extremely well stocked, including providing humidifiers; great proximity to the slopes but there is a small uphill hike to the "Bridges" run before you can "ski out", though you can "ski in" right down to the road. Better access to slopes and spa from smaller units above but hard to beat the luxury and amenities of the larger units!!

We loved the 3 master suites and 2 decks off the bedrooms on 2 floors. Everyone had their private space yet the family room was plenty big for our whole family to watch TV or play the many stocked board games. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked and ready for us to cook or bake. My only complaint is that the heating was very uneven (too warm in the bedrooms at night and chilly upstairs in the family room). The ski in/out location was great but when there is not much snow it was a difficult hike in ski boot to the ski run. Also the walk down the road was a little long for me with equipment but the 20 somethings managed it just fine.

Our vacation experience was not too good due to the fact the property is marketed itself as ski in and ski out, but definitely it is not. I travel with young children and the only reason that I took into consideration when renting a ski property is the ski in/out capability.The access to the track was far away, over the street, thru traffic so not safe to have the kids coming alone from/to the tracks.

Owner of the property could have fixed the problem with the fireplace. Description off the place did not include that the fireplace did not work. When you vacation during winter months you expect that the fireplace is working. Place was clean besides a rat trap in plain view in the kitchen. On another note only one room had forced heating working. All other rooms had only cold air coming out. Unhappy customer and will not be staying there again. People read the fine print and make sure you do your research on the property you reserve.

Overall a good layout and well equipped unit. The internet was up and down the whole time. No one was streaming movies or playing games that can use some improvement.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. When we were there the fireplace was not working and the main tv in the living room was also not working. But the management company brought over a substitute promptly so we very much liked their service. It has an odd and very complicated media system that was not all working (has VHS and a 5 disc cd changer in addition to appletv and bluray players and some other stuff- but most not hooked up) and the wifi would go in and out but functioned. Kitchen has a plethora of dish sets and and eclectic collection of pots/pans but not really any normal ones. Generally we found it sufficiently equipped though for most cooking needs. Would give it 5 stars if the fireplace and media system get fixed and a standard set of pots/pans are provided for the kitchen. Would stay there again though.

Consider filling liquid soap dispensers for hand washing. They were there but empty. No dishrag and only 2 dish towels, had to do a laundry load to keep clean dry dish towels. Oven hot pads were finally found in laundry closet. Power went out and were able to find candles and one flashlight that worked. Overall, for the price, disappointing.

Great space! Well-stocked kitchen. Only some minor issues: rooms are stuffy with the heater on, even after adjusting the temp. Bathtub was clogged but they sent maintenance the next day. Amazing, unbeatable views! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for multiple families
This is a perfect place to stay in Mammoth. It's clean and quiet. Since the rooms are separated from each other on different levels, you can enjoy your privacy. 10 people can easily sleep and stay. The location is great and close to shops and restaurants. It is such a beautiful property. I wish I could upload some photos of it here. I highly recommend this unit.

This was one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. Our trip included 6 adults, and the 4 bedrooms gave everyone a ton of space, and the rooms were divided perfectly.
The place was clean, spacious, had a killer view, and the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental.
The fact that each sleeping space had its own bathrooms was a huge plus as well. Each bathroom also had individual heaters which made for a very cozy shower experience.

Incredible amount of space, killer view, well stocked everything…perfect Mammoth getaway spot!
This was one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. Our trip included 6 adults, and the 4 bedrooms gave everyone a ton of space, and the rooms were divided perfectly.
The place was clean, spacious, had a killer view, and the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental.
The fact that each sleeping space had its own bathrooms was a huge plus as well. Each bathroom also had individual heaters which made for a very cozy shower experience.
If I ever need to stay in Mammoth with a large enough group, this will be where I’d stay.
