A good place to rest and continue to our destination. The pool was warm really nice and open late. The attentive staff, security of the hotel was very well.

Definitely, the breakfast, by the time I went restrictions for Covid was already gone, and they still have a Covid breakfast, we booked the hotel with that exact need, so we do not have to pay for breakfast, and for nothing, that morning we left to waffle house.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. I LOVED that we could not hear any of our neighbors, so the soundproofing was fabulous! Location is excellent and close to every where we needed to be.

The bathroom has water damage that's very visible including around light switch/outlet. The black out curtain was off the track, and has been so for a while as the curtain was sun bleached. Refrigerator was not very cold with no way to turn up.

Love the ladies at the front desk and their energy as well. Very nice young ladies. Everybody met our needs if it was needed and it definitely showed dealing with so many schools booking for the National Championship basketball games

I didn’t like the fact we were in the process of getting our things out and the house keeping lady came in after our first trip Dow to take some things to the car and she came in and for my bottle of Starbucks coffee. I don’t mind giving her one but I just woke up and took a shower and went out and for that bottle.

The sanitation and cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations. With COVID, we were very apprehensive. Rosetta checked us in and we couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and caring person who emphasized with our concerns. Tylee was also incredibly understanding. Our son lives in Hickory and no doubt, we will be back!

The room was clean and neat. The staff was polite.

Since covid-19 hotels have continued to charge the same price. At the onset of this so-called pandemic,and at present the hotel I have stayed have discontinued or reduced most of their services. I find this odd because most restaurant chains and other tourist related facilities have restarted their full services.
