Localização

Já havia me hospedado na Pousada Capão em anos anteriores, contudo, dessa vez me disponibilizaram um quarto (30) que ficou muito aquem dos quartos que fiquei anteriormente. Pintura suja, janela voltada para uma escada, sem varanda. Lamentável

Localização excelente; corpo de funcionários atenciosos, gentis e educados ; café muito bom; split muito bom; banho bom demais. No geral tudo ótimo!

A cama poderia ser de casal e não duas de solteiro unidas. Ventilador de teto não funcionou e Wi-Fi muito instável.

Close to the beach, spaced place inside.

Poor staff hospitality skills, clealiness, viewing from balcony, common areas need attention. Poor and unsafe spots. Swimming pool unavailable to use with no upfront warnings or notes staring the same.

Breakfast was good, the staff are really friendly, got some small issues with leaking in the bathroom, but fixed soon. Also, they changed my room as the room I was before the wifi did not work and I had to work.

The facilities, it was no glasses or cups to use, the shared kitchen was a bit messy, and the people staying there left their wet suits all over the swimming pool area, making it not attractive for a swim, my bedroom was a bit dirty, special the blanket. Apart from that, the staff always willing to help.

Very close to the beach, breakfast is plenty

Very basic standard of the rooms. We were given a smaller room than what we had booked, the beds are uncomfortable, cleanliness not satisfying. There was a bloodstain on one of the sheets (which we had to put on outselves) and the covers/towels looked very rugged.

No air in the room, it was really really hot and the ventilator was not working at all.. Old furniture especially in the bathroom Badly maintained (used mattress, broken ventilator, power points out of the wall...) No balcony
