The staff were very friendly the room was clean.

The safety stop was broken, the breakfast was ok but they did run out of orange juice, the door weather strip was shot so you could see daylight through the door gaps. The washer did not work.

I booked room for room July 12,2023. Went in at 3:25pm on the 12th to check in and was informed they couldn't accomadate my paralyzed daughter in a wheelchair because they only had upstairs rooms, so I told clerk I would have to decline there was no way to get my daughter upstairs. Thinking everything was cleared up I left, but later that night I was billed the full price of a no show. Didn't get room, got charged, and have spent the whole day of the 13th trying to get money back. I am now waiting till 3:30 for the manager to decide and it will be a miracle if they make it right. I can pray I get my $150 back. I had come to Andrews to visit my ailing parents and ended up not finding another room so I don't get to visit anyone. If you stay and pay with card watch your statement carefully during your stay. I will not be staying at this hotel or booking here again.

Clean and well kept. Beautiful views of mtns.

Very clean and price was lowest in area. We had some confision with the pet policy initally, but it was our mistake and we worked it out. The staff was accomidating and helpful wirh the exception of one female who never smiled and actually was quite rude at times.

Quality inn of andrews was located in just the right spot for our needs this trip. The beds were comfortable and the hot water never ran out.

There wasn't anyone in the office/lobby of this hotel over night or early morning. We had an early morning flight and had to leave early. We ended up leaving our room keys in our room because there was no where else for us to put them. The only hot part of breakfast was the super strong coffee machine and waffles. There were no other option for a hot meal. 2 kinds of cereal, some yogurt, a few bananas and apples. Not the most encouraging breakfast when it is 29° outside.
