The host and her mother were very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was a good size for a single traveler. It is nice and bright and has good air conditioning. The location is very convenient to restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the Latin Bridge and old town.
The studio was clean, with a nice modern shower and cooking facilities.
The traffic was loud until about 11pm. You have to climb two floors so that is difficult with heavy suitcases.

The host was nice to us, was trying to help.
The first thing we saw in the room - A COCKROACH.
Almost everything you touch just falls apart - the fridge door came off, closet handles, shower head.
Then there were no bed sheets, no pillow case for a second bed.
Overall the concept of the place is very nice, but people who run it seem to not care about the experience the guests get.
P.S. on pictures it looks better than in real life.

Good location, close to basicly everything.
The room has very basic equipment.
It had a certain not pleasent smell to it (similare to places where smoking is allowed). The balcony was rather dirty, and so was the carpet and floor towel. It looked like it hadent been cleaned for some time. The owner was away the first day so she unfortunately didnt do anything to have it cleaned. The next day she wanted to help but we already cleaned it, none the less she didnt offer a disscount or something.
All in all its a good deal, would be better if it was clean.

Very nice accomodation in city center. The best rate of luxury for price. Kind helpful staff, very clean apartment with great terrace. Only couple minuts from all cities ammenities.

Good localization.
- Owner was entering our apartment to access the terrace when we were out. It was not agreed with us before, and we didn't give our permission to open our apartment when we are away. Huge invasion of privacy.
- Wifi not working.
- Owner hard to communicate in English.

Location was great, balcony was nice to enjoy coffee in the quiet.
Bathroom is ok if you are traveling with close family but door only slides to close, can’t be locked and there is a small gap. Internet speed very slow.

We had one shower with hot water after that the boiler seemed not to work again for another night which was a bit disappointing

the host are very nice and available for your needs. the appartment is in the center close to everything you need. ask for a quite room if you dont want to feel the city inside - they have verious ones. enjoy

Good apartment- good located
The property wanted to charged us 40 KM for parking, although it was written on the Booking.com, it was for free. They just prove, if we were to pay that. The price for parking was not ok I think. Finally they give it is for free.

Very friendly owner. The location of the place is great, close to the center. The apartment was bigger than I thought it would be. 10 out of 10!
