Breakfast was excellent coffee with pastries and bagels/croissants by the pool. It always felt good after a long morning walk/run on the beach. Many thanks to our host Ariel for providing this between 08.00-09.00AM. Location was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach. Sunbeds available for the guests of the Inn. Parasol is available in the apartment. The beach location is one of the best part of Grace Bay Beach, quiet and spacious. The Inn at Grace Bay is located only 2-10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, pharmacy and medical center. The apartment has a comfy double bed, a sofa bed. The kitchen is fullt equipped with everything you need. There is also a lovely balcony. A washer and dryer where also in our apartment, so we could wash our clothes.

This hotel was a great value considering the cost of vacationing at Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos. This was our 3rd trip to Provo. On our other two trips, we stayed at a much more expensive rental condo. On this trip, we decided to stay in less expensive lodging and splurge on excursions and meals/drinks out at the nicest restaurants in Provo. We were very happy at this hotel ... yes, we had to walk a bit further to the beach, but it was a 5-min walk right outside the pool gate. The location is essentially the same as the much more expensive rental condo, but we only paid 1/3 of the price. The property manager lives on-site and was always around in case we needed more towels, wanted our floor swept, or had questions. A great perk -- every morning, the property manager sets up a table by the pool with good coffee and delicious local pastries. It was a nice way to start our day on our vacation. Another nice perk -- the property has a few chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for guests to use. We were there the 2nd week in May right after the change-over from high season to low season. We were able to use an umbrella and chairs every day we went to Grace Bay Beach.

This place isn't posh, but in all other aspects, it was great.

Ariel was outstanding

Ariel was outstanding and helped us a lot during the stay (booking excursions, rides, and COVID testing info). Breakfast was great! Room was great! Location was amazing! Plenty of towels which was nice. We liked the beach umbrella.

Decor was a little outdated and maybe needed a little more cleaning in the bathroom. The vanity drawers on the outside looked a little dirty. Needed to be wiped down better.

We loved staying here. It’s spacious, well kept, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Ariel was friendly and very helpful with the customers!

Location was amazing. Walkable to beach, shopping and restaurants. Morning coffee and pastries poolside were a bonus. Although in the heart of the village the set up and landscaping made it very private. The units were well maintained and in addition to a full kitchen a gas grill was also available for guests to use. Grace Bay is a five minute walk and lounge chairs are available for guests which was wonderful.

Everything it was a perfect stay! Location was perfect, it was close to all of the shops and restaurants. The owner was so helpful! Will definitely be staying here again.

The Inn at Grace Bay is located a few steps from the Grace Bay main street with lots of restaurants and stores. The apartment was very comfortable and the bedroom was a good size and a king-size bed makes the difference. Nice pool and a very quiet place.

Breakfast should have more options, it was very basic. However, the kitchen in the apartment had all the tools so we made our own breakfast.

We just stayed here the last week of May and everything about the accommodations was amazing! We had a 1 BR apartment on the 1st floor with a kitchen ,which included all utensils, fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. The King Bed was comfortable and the terrace was gorgeous, surrounded by flowers like Bougainvillea and palms. It was convenient to walk to the beach; 100 meters from the property to Grace Bay Beach where umbrellas and chairs are provided free of charge, Grace Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Also, worth noting that parking is very easy and convenient. Good shops and restaurants within walking distance (French Restaurant Provence by Eric is next door). Go to Sandbox down the street for really good coffee.

Great location, very close to shops / beach / restaurants.

This property is so cozy and private! I don’t like the larger resorts because of the lack of intimacy. Here, however, the property is beautifully maintained and unique. You feel like you live on the island like a local!

These units have kitchens which are great for longer stays. I do wish they had some of the basics handy (like salt and pepper) since it doesn’t make sense to buy that for a week.
