We just had an amazing vacation! Located directly on the beach, you can’t get a better spot. From pre booking questions to little questions during our stay, the owners were super quick to respond! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach vacation!

This is a perfect spot for any family and ours absolutely loved it! Definitely bring your beach wagon for unloading and follow the suggestions for parking! Once settled it’s truly a perfect beach paradise with incredible views and all the amenities need for family meals or fun in the sand! Can’t wait to be back next summer :)

Amazing!
We stayed here for the week of July 4th and it was amazing. Best vacation I have been on. You’re right on the beach and the house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Landlord was super attentive the coffee maker broke 2 days before we left and she had a new one dropped off at the house within 8 hours.
No air conditioning but you’re on the beach and the plenty of fans so it wasn’t an issue regardless of the temperature during the day.
Highly recommend this place. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

Easy rental process, really felt like your own place. View/location is absolutely perfect, house could be up kept more, towels and some furnishings are very old/ uncomfortable.

Hard to beat the view
Our family aged 4-78 were all comfortable and content here. The deck is great and it is perfect for families that require proximity to the beach. Just descend the deck stairs and you're on the pretty white sand. The storage box on the back has many sand toys etc, so next year we'll have to transport much less.

Wonderful Vacation
My husband, our two kids (8 and 12), and myself shared this cottage with our very close friends and their two kids (10 and 12). The weather was inconsistent the week we stayed, yet we all had a wonderful time. Being right on the beach allowed us to watch in awe at the waves rolling in during a storm, and then when the weather improved we could head out for a walk or to play in the water. During rainy days, we were grateful for the two living rooms - one for the kids and one for the adults. There were only two really hot days during our stay, during which we used the window AC units we brought from home to feel comfortable at night. For the other days, opening the windows and doors provided an amazing cross breeze and there are many fans throughout the unit. When a small issue arouse, Karen was kind and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful spot!
The perfect place to unwind and relax. Our two year old loved waking up and being able to go down to the beach to play. Nap time was a breeze since the house is right on the beach and then dinners in downtown Plymouth were only a quick drive away. The host responded quickly to a question we had and everything was as expected. So glad we took the time away to do this little trip!

Post Covid Girls Trip 50th celebration
Whew, that’s a long title for a review but it was a long time coming for this getaway… and we could be happier with our choice. From the get go we had communication and information within reach, Karen’s response time to messages is in near instant. The place was cute as heck, the sunrises and sunsets amazing… we saw seals swim by almost daily, we took a day tip to Ptown and another day in Plymouth. The central location was perfect, yet secluded. We literally felt like the only ones on the beach most times… it was nice to people watch on a hot day from our balcony..and the neighbors who live there are SO friendly. We got daily visits from pups walking the beach (only when we went to them, they didn’t intrude) I could go on and on but let’s just stay we stumbled upon this place and we never looked back. Oh and my biggest question is always about shower water pressure so , rest assured it was good!! ☺️☺️

Fantastic Location, Older Property
Can't beat the location! No A/C is tough but it does cool off a little at night and lots of fans provided. Lots of wear and tear on this property but see many updates in progress. Didn't realize until our last day that we had access to the whole locked cabinet on the front porch with tons of beach toys! Rocky beach - bring your water shoes!

The weekend getaway we needed
It was a perfect 3 night stay for us and couldn’t beat the location. Owners communicated instructions for our stay very well and were accessible when we had additional questions. . We had plenty of room for our family of 6, had what we needed for a comfortable stay, and you just can’t beat the ocean views and access to the beach. Would love to come back again!

Perfect
This was a wonderful stay! First, the owners were lovely to work with, very responsive and friendly. We communicated with them prior to our stay but had no need to during as everything went smoothly. Second, house was adorable and CLEAN! During this time when cleanliness and being sanitary is key, we felt very safe staying there. House is stocked...kitchen needs and towels, bedding. The two decks were nice to sit out on at night. We read that the beds weren’t comfortable; but we thought they were fine, no one complained! This was our first time at this home as we normally go to Maine, but we are so glad we chose this home...it is in our top 2 of beach rentals! Highly recommend this home!

Beach Front Bliss
My family and I had a wonderful time at the beach. Bring sandals with you because it is rather rocky, but when the tide goes out there is nice soft sand and multiple sand bars. The waves aren't very big so it was perfect for my 2 and 4 year old to play safely in the water. The house is a great location right on the beach. It needed some attention while we were there, the owners replaced the grill and one of the tvs that was broken. Karen was incredibly responsive and took care of everything that needed immediate attention. The beds were not the most comfortable and they were quite sweaky when turning in bed. The kitchen is fully loaded with every pot pan and dish you could possibly need! The outside deck has a great view with tables and chairs and there is also an outdoor shower that is private. The deck has gates that prevent little ones from running off but one of them needs a new lock to keep it shut, we used a propane tank to keep it closed. There is also an upper deck on the second floor that we didn't use much because the railing needs some work to secure it. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs, no beach toys so bring your own. Loads of games in the corner dining area. The parking was a short walk, but we had a collapsible wagon that shortened our trips back and forth to the car. Overall it was great to be at the beach!

Relaxing Beach Experience
Quite an amazing place. Spacious home with a great layout to entertain and have comfortable family cookouts. Kitchen well equipped. Deck overlooking the beach was the hub of our vaca. You can hear the waves from every bedroom. Standard beach house beds/matresses. Some folks may have a bit trouble getting comfortable. But most of us were so tired out from the beach that we slept ok. Recommend bringing water shoes as the beach is rocky in some spots. Overall a wonderful experience and we do plan to rent again!

Wonderful getaway
The house is beautiful is every way. The location is practically on the beach, with all common living spaces facing the ocean. All rooms are refreshed by a constant sea breeze and the soothing sounds of waves. The furniture was really comfortable and there were plenty of living spaces. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty of towels to enjoy the water. Sunset and sunrise from the decks were amazing. The owner, Karen, was super-responsive and warm by text, addressing even the tiniest of questions and problems. She made us feel like we were visiting family. The wifi was really strong and all of our group were able to telecommute for work for a few days. The one minus for us had nothing to do with the homeowner: many reviews here said bonfires were allowed on the beach but the fire dept came and put out ours (that was almost by the surf line). There were a number of bonfires that night and one of them was close enough to a home to trigger a call to the FD. They were really apologetic about extinguishing ours since ours wasn't even bothering anyone and. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning. Thanks Karen, for your hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay. Great ocean front property. Access to the water wasn't installed as of check in so accessing beach was a challenge. Mattresses seem old (not comfortable) over all it was nice.

We very much enjoyed ourselves. To be able to wake up to that view every morning.....so great. The owners make everything easy. We hope to stay again next year.

Great beach front house
We had a great time at the beach house. 4 bedrooms with lots of beds. 3 parking spaces. Boardwalk from parking to the house. Stairs straight to the beach. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. You can see the sunset and sunrise. Pressure in shower was amazing.

Bucket List - Check
My grandparents owned a beach cottage at WHB (bought in 1933) so my Mom and her siblings spent their summers there and my siblings, cousins and I also spent a lot of time there. Our cottage was sold back in the mid 80's and it has been a bucket list item of ours to be able to go back and spend some time there. We finally fulfilled that this year by renting the Pullano cottage and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Being right there on the beach was the best. The cottage is quite big and sleeps a lot of people and the 2 decks are awesome. Sitting out there during the day is just beautiful watching the ocean and taking in all of our surroundings. At night, the sunset, the moon and the stars are breathtaking. It was just like we were kids again. We did all of our favorite childhoold/WHB things....walking to the brook and the point, looking for seaglass. The cottage has all the amenities you need, all you have to bring is food and fun. It was such a great and memorable vacation for us and even though that bucket list item is checked I can definitely see us renting again.
