Very central location in the port of Honfleur and close to many restaurants.

Impossible to get near by car as street was being rebuilt. We had to go to a hotel 300m away to get the key and then trudge back with our luggage. None of this was at all clear when we booked. We then had to do the same when we left.

Have stayed at this apartment many times it is always clean and comfortable. Usually parking is brilliant. The girl on the desk at the hotel was really friendly and dealt with any problem with a smile. Also allowed us to lengthen our stay at the carpark. All in all, we love this apartment for its position, its quality of stay, its cleanliness and for the professional treatment we get from the staff at the hotel.

Road closures have meant we have had to unload and carry quite a distance which involves steep steps and a long walk to the secure parking. This is not the fault of the hotel though. Also, this is usually a quiet location but work being carried out on a wall at the back was noisy and could be heard in the rooms we had. Finally the saucepans in our room were unclean and full of dried remnants. This problem was dealt with beautifully by the desk staff though.

Indoor parking was fabulous. We liked our garden view. Great breakfast place near by: “SaQuaNa”, as well as other near by restaurants for dinner. Location was perfect for seeing museums, seeing the harbor area, parks, and taking a boat ride. ..

We would like to have directions for kitchen appliances including what kind of pods to by for the coffee maker since we were not familiar with this type of coffee maker. Even better, a few coffee pods to start us off. Also since we are traveling light, it would have been nice to have shampoo and a lotion available.

Very Smooth experience , The on site Parking is perfect and the Town Centre Location could not be better, We will certainly be Booking again.

unfortunately the parking below the apartment was not available. we did not know this and arrived late with a toddler and dog. Getting them and our luggage from new car park location late at night was not easy!

Excellent location. Friendly and efficient reception at Best Western. Very clean and fresh. Large bathroom and shower. Very good facilities and enough room for family with 2 kids. Overall - excellent for a few nights stay.

Not a big drawback - can be somewhat stuffy/hot and if the windows are open - can hear the street quiet a bit. Have to park in a public parking and walk back.

Perfect location for restaurants bars shops and not in the center of it but with in walking distance.

Nice ,pleasant apartments very close to Honfleur harbour and restaurants. Modern neutral decor and large dining table. Easy to use dishwasher . Good combi oven. Lovely bathroom -lots of towels.

Door locks difficult to work -often spent some time getting in. Wifi was very poor. Only able to access it a few times in 2 day stay and even then it soon dropped out. For families as we were, lack of Wifi is significant disadvantage. Though there were lots of cooking utensils ,there were no bowls at all apart from one serving/pasta type bowl. Terrace not easily accessible - had to go outside to get to it ,so not practical for those on upper floors .

Everything was perfect
