Myself and members of the PSU Bass Fishing Team were lucky enough to book this house for our tournament on Cayuga lake. The property is beautiful and has a wonderful backyard and view of the lake. Donna was one of the best hosts we have had while traveling the country and I hope to come back and visit again. Myself and the team highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Donna’s spacious, sunny , airy home. The house has lake Seneca views from each room. The house was spotless, with plenty of room for our family of 6. We woke up each morning to the birds singing and no noises of any kind. The outdoor patio, wraparound porch and gas grill made our stay even more pleasant. Donna is a wonderful host who was very cordial and always available by phone or text. We would definitely stay here again

This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes area and we had a lovely weekend. The house was very clean and spacious, our group of six all had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We barbecued on the back deck and watched the sunset in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, and Donna left us some locally grown green beans. We were close to town and ate at Fargo’s and 1833 Kitchen and Bar, and had drinks at Aurora Brewing Co. Donna was a great host and check in and check out were a breeze. The only downside was the bedrooms lacked air conditioning, but ceiling fans and box fans were provided. Overall, a great weekend getaway!

The property had plenty of space to accommodate our family. The dogs loved the backyard. The Lakeview was nice and the stargazing was special. Aurora is very nice with a great little market.

Overall the property was in a great location. It is within walking distance if you are in decent shape, we had some older folks who could not walk the hill though to town. Some items in the house need a little TLC but it had a great layout and well stocked for utensils, etc in the kitchen. Only downside was that the bedrooms did not have AC. There was only a split unit in the living area and unfortunately it wasn’t able to keep some of the bedrooms cool for sleeping. Probably great sleeping weather in the fall ,but July is not the time to stay here with some older folks in our party.

Perfect place for old friends to visit, with proximity to the village, wineries, and spa! Very enjoyable! Donna, our host was very helpful and hospitable!

The home and property were absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for anything more. The home was immaculate with plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy our vacation together. Donna was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone looking in the area to choose this amazing property.

Donna and Dave were so accommodating. The house was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The one air conditioning unit did struggle to cool the bedrooms, but it was an unseasonably hot weekend (over 90 during the days and didn't cool off below 70 at night). The many fans kept us comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book again, even in the summer. We loved being so close to town while still having peace and quiet.

Our stay was a very nice one in a four-bedroom home with a view of Cayuga Lake. It is a quaint little town with many beautiful structures in the downtown setting near the water. The Aurora Inn is spectacular and the walking paths near the home we stayed at were great. The home we stayed in was ecliptic style and was very clean with a nice outdoor setting. We visited waterfalls on both Cayuga and Seneca Lakes and most of our party had our first hot air balloon ride over the fall foliage and Cayuga Lake. We also visited many wineries in the area which is one of the more popular activities of those who choose Finger Lakes as their vacation destination. Highly recommend this area!

We went to Aurora for a wedding. The house was spacious, clean, close to town and the views were amazing.

I recently moved to Florida, and my children are in the Northeast so we selected the finger Lakes as a family get together location. Donna’s lovely home was the perfect place for us to get together. Gorgeous views overlooking Cayuga lake, many beautiful waterfall/hiking trails within an hour and a half or less. Several wineries nearby. And all around relaxing wonderful family vacation!

We highly recommend Donnas place. It is so clean & spacious! We felt right at home and relaxed the whole time - the whole point of our trip. The weather was also amazing so we spent a lot of time in her backyard. 10/10!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The area is absolutely beautiful. The house is well-stocked and very comfortable. We especially loved the view of the lake from the master bedroom! Donna was very communicative and welcoming, even stopping by just to make sure that we got in ok. We can’t wait to come back next summer and bring our out of town family! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed this spacious, clean, beautiful home. The backyard is amazing and our boys had a great time running around and playing sports. We ate all of our meals on the deck over looking the lake. It is very private with a beautiful view of the lake from the bedrooms and from the yard. Donna is an excellent, friendly, and attentive host.

Had an amazing experience! The house/property was gorgeous! Incredible scenery of the lake, surrounding land and nature. Very peaceful in the morning sitting out back enjoying the view. Enjoyed brunch at The Aurora Inn Kitchen&Bar, then visited Long Point Winery. Food was incredible and the wine even better! Had a surprise 30th for my girlfriend when we got back, friends and family joined. Everyone had a blast! Enough space to accommodate everyone and have a successful event. Will recommend this property to anyone and everyone!

The house was beautiful with great views of the lake

The house was lovely. Though a bit away from the lake, you can enjoy the property, especially the backyard. The kids had a great time running around. We visited wineries and parks. They were a bit of a drive, but it was pleasant. There is only one AC in the house, which was tricky. But we made it work. The view from the second floor balcony is really lovely.

Had a wonderful time at the house for cousins getaway weekend. Nice house with great views of the Lake. Would stay again!!!

Very nice

Came desperate for a place to stay for a wedding- was not expecting such a gorgeous house with an even more beautiful location! I want to come back just for a vacation! Highly recommend!

The oven was not working at all...rough on foodies. And the delightful air conditioner was adequate only for the living room. Even running all day the bedrooms were ovens at night. The fans did little to compensate. To top it off ALL the power went off on the last night for hours. Not that our host could have prevented that. I suspect 15 years ago this heat would not be an issue in a lake view home. But is was a huge issue for all of us. We are recurrent home renters for 26 years now-early adapters, as we like to cook. The house was too warm. Advertised as having AC. Not so much. Just a really sexy swamp cooler in the living room. Can not recommend for summer months. Otherwise it was clean, well appointed, and lovely. Recommend for fall.
