Zeer vriendelijke receptionisten. Als je met de auto bent, is dit een ideale locatie omdat er een ruime gratis parking is. Ook voor de luchthaven is het hotel goed gelegen met busverbinding dichtbij. Het is wel 5km van het centrum van Kopenhagen, dus wel even half uurtje bijrekenen voor je sightseeing.

Ik vind een waterkoker en wat koffie/thee op de kamer wel altijd leuk, maar dat was er niet. Gelukkig was in de bar beneden wel wat warms en kouds te krijgen!

Bathroom was not satisfying at all. Almost an imposition to use the shower and toilet. Missing remote control for TV. Windows face parking lot, basically no privacy possible. Unless curtains cover full window at all times, which darkens the room immensely.

Very dirty rooms, got blood on handles. Was hair on sink and alot of dust. We got new bigger room but as dirty. Would not recommand if you have allergies.

The location was a bit far by walk from the airport but all in all the hotel is very good and the staff too

It is fairly near to the airport, but not walkable; we used a taxi to Zleep; it was a flight layover for us, so the next morning, took another taxi back to the airport. Took maybe 10 minutes each way and the drivers were helpful and friendly. The staff checking us in and out were conversational, pleasant, attentive. Everything was spotless! And the update of this previous 60s hotel is amazing and sleek and unique. We loved everything about it. The breakfast is served in the lower level (some would call it a basement) and the unique tables and benches and chairs - that make conversation with others easy - just made the place feel friendly, like you wanted to just chill out there; lots of great food choices, and you can even boil your own eggs in this water bath unit, which was a fun new thing for us! We LOVED it all. We are telling our friends who travel to check it out. Thank you so much.

There was nothing we didn't like! We initially thought, because of the name, Zleep Airport, that it might be in walking distance from the airport, but the fact that it wasn't, was absolutely no problem for us.

A great location with free parking. There is a bus stop near the hotel that takes you to the city very quick. The room was big and tidy and the beds were comfortable.

The room was very plain to look at, almost no decorative items in it.

Very friendly staff, both at check in and check out. Flexible check in hours, it was possible to check in very late at night, and late check out was also arranged. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room and bathroom was spacious. This hotel is ideal for long flight connections. I had a very comfortable stay & I’d definitely visit again!

Everything great ...but 25 minutes walk from the airport and no shuttle bus included . Taxi was €20

Despite booking a twin room for 2 people, room was only dressed for 1 (easily sorted but a drag at 10pm). The bathroom is small, but there are 3 different levels (only by an inch each time) which I thought could be quite dangerous.
