El hotel no tiene lobby

The location is great, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room clean with decent amenities. Pretty well designed...

The rooms are rather small and the bathrooms cramped, actually. Standard rooms have a tub + shower, which I do not like...the walls of the tub are high, so getting in and out is not easy, especially for an older person. Only one chair is provided, although there is ample room for 2. Providing only one seems to be a shortsighted way to save money. It would be nice to have wash cloths as well as hand and bath towels.

The location of the hotel is a Bonus. Quiet yet closed to Orchard road where is very convenient to access all public transport. The staff are very helpful they always greet guest with smile and not forgot the housekeeping lady! The room and bed are comfortable as well. And they do provide baby cot, which is awesome when you are travelling with a baby!

Excellent customer service

Our room was upgraded for us, but we preferred the original room with the bathtub! The hotel staff were very nice and always helped us with our requests, such as reheating food. Everything exceeded expectations!

The floor had a crumb, but we have hotel slippers for a reason!

The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to one of the most iconic shopping areas in Singapore. It's close to a metro station which makes travelling around Singapore very easy. This is the best feature of the hotel. Raymond at the front desk was so friendly and lovely. The hotel also provided decent body wash and other basic amenities.

Despite the hotel having a nice exterior and great location, the cleanliness of the rooms was not too great. The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom was a bit dated and not as clean as expected given the renovations. I would suggest the hotel does a better job at this. The room service is not 24 hours a day.

Отличный респектабельный район. До основных достопримечательной нужно ехать на метро 4-5 станций. Я 4 раз в Сингапуре и считаю этот район лучшим для проживания. Гораздо приятнее шумного, переполненного туристами центра. В 3 минутах ходьбы orchard road с магазинами на любой кошелек, станция метро в 10 мин ходьбы. Для Сингапура очень невысокая цена, рекомендую! Отзывчивый персонал, идут на встречу в решении различных вопросов.

Номера на 2 этаже имеют очень неприятный запах, переехали на другой этаж, такой проблемы не было. Завтрак за дополнительную стоимость, очень посредственный. Лучше позавтракать в кафе торгового центра.

General feel of the hotel was good. Clean room and good wifi.

The staff were friendly and the location was nice and quiet

it was not informed in advance that this was a cashless hotel. Not everyone would carry credit cards. As we were on a work trip we received our perdiem in cash and it was difficult to figure out how to pay for the room. Also the staff at the counter could have informed us in the first place that we can pay in cash if we have the exact amount, instead we wasted so much time trying to figure out how to pay by card and we were extremely tired from travelling all night. Also the rooms are not properly cleaned, after we spilled some drinks on the sheet, it was not changed, and empty coffee mugs were left in the room after cleaning even.

New. Very close to the malls on Orchard Road but is this the best location for tourists taken into account you will probably not buy anything as prices are 50% higher than in Europe!

You pay 250USD for a (small) room and you don’t even receive water to drink, only two towels for 3 people and no cupboard to put clothes… I know Singapore is more than expensive and average size of rooms is small but these kind of details make me think you can find better value for money.

Bathroom needs upgrade

The water is definitely not safe to drink. I had gastro for three days from it.

Location was assessable but quietly tucked in the heart of Orchard Road, the room was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable.

Staff of Roos restaurant were dressed poorly, with one of them wearing a very crumpled shirt, another two having their shirts tucked out (one even showing his boxers).

Upon checking in, our booking made in January could not be found. After going to the room assigned I had to return to reception to request change of room after originally been given 2 single beds, when I had booked a large double.

The room itself was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very attentive. A value for money stay.

Located behind Orchard, at Mt Elizabeth, it was still about a 10 min walk to the shopping street. Was assigned to a room near the pool, so it was noisy at certain times. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

had an overnight stay at the Vibe. Room service was good , even made a special effort for my birthday and sent a special dessert to the room.

Quite a big room compared with other hotels in Singapore.

Poor sounding proof between rooms. I could hear everything the next room was talking about, and unfortunately, their happy conversations weren’t stopped until 2:30 am in the morning.

Staff was very helpfull kind and loving. Breakfast was great. Location was very central and direct accsess to metro, very usefull. Lobby area beatifull.

Pool area was cramped and space poorly administered. Hot tub not working. Steam room/sauna extra charge 35 wuro for 30 min, never experienced this before. No hot water in our shower, makes little sence to have a bathtub then. Room pretty old and outdated. Lots of damage to corners etc from suitcases. Had a balcony but no furniture. Tv placed direct in front of glass door to balcony. Lobby amazing toilet in lobby amazing both when you come to your room its 2 levels down, it has to match.

The Vibe Singapore Orchard was great. We had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful. We had a late flight home, and there was no problem storing our bags and spending some time at the pool after we checked out.

Soundproofing, when our neighbours had a shower I was dreaming of waterfalls......
