For us, location was good as we have family closeby.

The reception staff were very poor. We were not told that our room would not be serviced unless we asked. The tele was faulty. We reported it but there was no action taken. On departure we again reported the faulty tele-spoke to same receptionist who said it was difficult to get an engineer, but we were not offered another tele at any stage. We are not after compensation, just service.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I took an evening meal in the bar, the choice of food is very "beige" with little fresh vegetables on offer. The food took a while to arrive and the potion sizes were not overly generous. Be aware the vehicles need to be booked-in at reception using a touch screen device. This was not instantly clear and the staff did not point it out. If you forget to book your vehicle on to the system you will receive a £100 penalty fine through the carpark management company.

Have stayed before it’s close to where we needed to be it has good facilities.

Some of the guests where noisy and when we returned from our day out our room had not been made up this was because the reception said they where saving the planet little unsure how making a bed and replacing dirty coffee cups and refilling the coffee and tea is saving the planet.

Disposable cups with the tea making facilities was a nice touch, hot drink to start the morning journey to next destination

Couple of dead flies on the washbasin on the bathroom, everywhere else looked clean
