The rooms are standard throughout and are larger and better appointed than I was expecting. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and each room is provided with 2, large, comfortable chairs. The staff were delightful throughout, particularly in the bar and in reception. The breakfast was of high quality with a wide choice.

We loved our stay!! Cozy room, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Mad sure to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor sitting area - so peaceful :)

For us, location was good as we have family closeby.
The reception staff were very poor. We were not told that our room would not be serviced unless we asked. The tele was faulty. We reported it but there was no action taken. On departure we again reported the faulty tele-spoke to same receptionist who said it was difficult to get an engineer, but we were not offered another tele at any stage. We are not after compensation, just service.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
I took an evening meal in the bar, the choice of food is very "beige" with little fresh vegetables on offer. The food took a while to arrive and the potion sizes were not overly generous.
Be aware the vehicles need to be booked-in at reception using a touch screen device. This was not instantly clear and the staff did not point it out. If you forget to book your vehicle on to the system you will receive a £100 penalty fine through the carpark management company.

Have stayed before it’s close to where we needed to be it has good facilities.
Some of the guests where noisy and when we returned from our day out our room had not been made up this was because the reception said they where saving the planet little unsure how making a bed and replacing dirty coffee cups and refilling the coffee and tea is saving the planet.

Unclear how to use the 'lobby' button on the wall / how to request turndown service for fresh towels etc. Bath had black markings in the sealant which was not pleasing.

Disposable cups with the tea making facilities was a nice touch, hot drink to start the morning journey to next destination

The hotel itself is lovely. Very clean, staff were friendly and the rooms were great. Beds were comfortable and there was complimentary tea, coffee and a very large TV with over 50 channels.
Breakfast is a rip off. £18.50 per person and the cooked options were very limited and not particularly tasty. The first time in my life I haven't been able to finish a piece of bacon!

Jack at reception provided excellent customer service, from a phone call the day before arrival was a pleasant surprise to meet him at the front desk- very friendly and professional, sweets for the kids at check in was a lovely touch
I wouldn’t publicly post as I think the hotel is brilliant- if we’re in the area again we will be back! (At the kids request!) but some things in the room were a little tired- grouting in the bathroom discoloured, hair on the bed.

The dinner was expensive and was only ok. You only got one pack of biscuits in the room for a family of 4.

The breakfast was excellent.
There was an extensive buffet with a huge selection and food available to order also.
There was a choice of plant based milks and a good range of gluten free.
The choice in the restaurant for dinner was limited and more like bar food.
There was very little gluten free which was a problem as one of my party was coeliac.
Therefore we went elsewhere for dinner.

Breakfast excellent. Position perfect for vetskills exam.
Air con didn't cool room sufficiently so extremely hot in room. Ordered room service one item out of stock however after trying room phone twice to tell reception discovered room phone not working had to go down to reception and tell them item was missing & phone not working. In morning had to repeat phone in room not working as night staff not logged it. Was offered a free drink for our journey as a good will gesture.

The room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The bed was good and the shower was powerful. There is a good selection of breakfast items on the menu. The staff as ever are helpful, polite and welcoming.
I ate my evening meals in the hotel bar, despite there being 3 menus the choice was very beige (chips, burgers, curry, with only colour being in salad offerings). What was presented was tasty.

Staff was awesome, the gym and pool/spa were great.
Like every hotel in Huntington, it's a little dated, and there's some weird design issues, like no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer.
The room also didn't have a fridge.
