Clean facilities. Nice staff.

The building is off a busy street and we couldn’t sleep most of the night due to traffic noise. The room was hot so you either closed the window to hide some noise and slept in a heat box or opened the window and had to endure loud traffic noise. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

it smelled very musty in our room. Probably there was once a water damage (Room 306)

The place does not have AC. While it was fine during our stay in May, it might be too hot during summer months.

There was a little strange smell in the room but it was absoulutely clean.

I liked the hotel, the convenience of a kitchenette and the bathroom was spacious. The double bed was fine but not the most comfortable. The lighting in the room was very enjoyable. The WiFi was fine also. The balcony was a pleasant addition.

The kitchenette could be better equipped. No washing up liquid or basic cooking items like oil.

Can not complain on anything. nice room, great location, helpful personnel. small shop in the same building that serves coffe and something to eat as well!

Nice little place between all these big hotels in the area.

It was noisy in the morning from somebody’s leaf blower and motos. The plumbing is falling apart, dripping noises from toilet in the night.

It's clean and safe, near city centre and restaurants and supermarkets. The price is fair and staff are really nice. We'll book it next time. :)

Clean room with well equipped kitchen and balcony was great to use as well the market under accomodation was open whole day and had delicious local products.

Unfortunately, the noise from the street is really loud, so the earplugs are needed for the night.

Perfect location, near bus station. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpfull, they recommended some nice places to visit.

Great base for getting around. Good facilities for preparing simple meals. Towels and linen changed regularly. Comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel was pretty close to the city center and the room had a kitchen with a fridge, which was pretty convenient.

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, but definitely the most disappointing. The hotel had an 8.6 out of 10 rating at the time of booking so I expected a decent stay. First night it turned out that the room didn't have air-conditioning, which is pretty surprising in 2022, especially when considering the warm climate of the island. Therefore, we wanted to sleep with the window open. However, the room faced the main road, which was extremely busy and loud, even during the night so we had to choose between sleeping in our sweat with the window closed or being awake due to the noise. When the next day I asked the receptionist whether the hotel was fully booked or there's an opportunity for switching to a room with less noise as we could not sleep all night, she just said it's fully booked. I mean, I didn't expect a free upgrade to the presidential suite but at least she could have pretended that she was sorry for our inconvenience. The wifi did not worked at all. It connected but did not load anything... The rooms were advertised as "eco-friendly" so they had a "no clean towel every day" policy to save energy, etc. I mean it's fine, I don't clean my own towels at home every single day either but when there's dirt or blood on the tower, I would look for an exception. When I told the receptionist that my girlfriend's makeup had been on the towel for three days so I'm wondering when they're gonna change it, he said the towels were changed every two days so it should have already been changed and the dirt on the towel might not be her makeup but some old stains that could not be washed out. I mean what?! I don't care if there are type of dirts that cannot be washed out of the white towel. Then buy new ones. I don't want to use towels with old dirts of other guests. Oh my god...NEVER ever again!
