Beautiful location, fantastic staff, big clean and comfortable room. Spacious parking. Fantastic riverview from breakfast hall.

I would have expected a coffee maker and kettle in the room for four star hotel. Wifi was very weak. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately not worthy of a four-star hotel, the choice was small, and there was no coffee machine in the hall. The coffee in the pot was lukewarm and thin.

Wonderful set on the Rhein. Situated in a quaint little village. We stayed in the annex. It was a lovely room albeit without any view over the river. We brought a dog so that might be an explanation. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast could be better. The coffee was too weak and the scrambled eggs more like omelette. The TV set too small for the room

Beautiful hotel, booked quite late but incredible value for money. The staff were all incredibly friendly. I had dinner in the hotel and the food was fantastic.

This is a beautiful hotel right next to The Rhein.

The hotel is very beautifully situated on the shore of Rhein.

The stagg in the restaurant were a bit uninterested in us and tried to charge us for a bottle of water that was never delivered…..

Spacious room. Supposed to me 22 m2 but was easily 30m2. Fabulous view of the Rhine. Beautiful building with garden. We were welcomed by a male member of staff, glasses. He was very friendly. Lovely little village with some restaurants, shops, etc. Nice hotel, great views, but they can be even better when keeping an eye on details like; many dents in room walls, bigger telly in room, ironing the buffet table covers and covers side tables, biiig windows in breakfast/dining area full of spider webs and generally not clean. Such a shame with a view on the river.

Breakfast staff...on the Monday morning a bloke in clown pants who didn't even greet you. On Tuesday we were greeted and asked for our room number. While we were still seated, talking, the female staff member came up from behind me, so I had no idea she was there, till I had a hand inches away from me face, reaching for my plate to take it away. Not nice, got really startled. WiFi is a joke. Guests checking out before us complained about this as well. They are working on it.... We are now at a hotel high up in the Black Forest and perfect WiFi, so it can't have been the location. Overpriced restaurant.

A beautiful old hotel at the riverbank Rhein. We had a spacious suite in the main house, with beautiful view on the river. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, we arrived on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed. It wasn't a problem as we found an alternative restaurant, however we did think that perhaps there could be the opportunity to buy a drink in the hotel in the evening.

The bar staff, Eva, was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Garden courtyard was beautiful as were the rooms

One of the waitresses forgot to tell us that the kitchen closed at 9pm and we had ordered a table for 8.30 and were on time waiting in the bar. Then she fluffed around and suddenly we had to order a pizza from Lieferando. Luckily Eva from the bar made up for her.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much, it has a beautiful view on the river Rhine. The hotel itself was great too.
