We didn't have breakfast even it was included

Evening Receptionist , I called requesting two bottles of water , so bad services, water didn't come for an hour , Called again she said the room service cost 12 NIS Really you do not bring the water thinking what ?????? is this the level of the staff a luxury resort has ??? Then after I called many times they sent the water . so disappointing . Am travel agent and visited to experience the hotel to use for our groups from USA . But seems not . Thank you and good luck.

great location

lovely facility, nice swimming pool, fine rooms with very useful balcony. clean and friendly. food was abundant and very tasty with lots of variety. great place to spend a relaxing vacation.

met all of our expectations and then some.

Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner Friday night! Everyone was very accommodating for gluten-free, bringing me gluten-free bread every morning for breakfast. The rooms were awesome, beautiful view of the water, it was true luxury. Our room had a private sauna and porch with a little yard. We even took a beautiful hike around the building. Towels were soft and fluffy

The breakfast was good. We had good view to the galilee lake and the rooms were clean.

The price was a bit high.
