It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The staff was so nice and the room was perfect. The location is not more than 10 minutes to the center of Selestat. The hotel and the room makes you feel like you are in a movie. Thank you Christian for everything!

nice room

the bed was uncomfortable, the staircase leading upstairs very steep. the shower door screen did not sit on the bath and flood the bathroom floor. we confirmed in our booking that our curly coated retriever was ok this was confirmed as yes, the restaurant was not happy with this albeit he us house trained and well behaviour at all times Gigi his name has been travelling with me on business for the last five years in France Italy and Belgium and has never been bad or misbehaved, our normal hotel in Mulhouse was fully booked and the time was never treat as we’re at this hotel. on accepting our booking and my request for our dog, we were treat unfairly, the restaurant wasn’t happen with him albeit he sleep under the dinning room table during our meal. the next morning was a step too far I enter the breakfast room and we going to share a table with other guess, I suggested that to the waitress that we should be seated in a separate area as other guest might not want a dog near by PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS MY REQUEST. my wife brought Gigi into the breakfast room and was bared from entry

Beautiful room. Lots of power outlets. Nicely decorated. Nice surrounding grounds. Free parking - easy to use. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast not included with the price. No elevator. Some sound barrier issues. Advertised restaurant was closed on the one evening we were there - we had hoped to dine in. It was one of the reasons we had booked this place outside the city- was because they had a restaurant.

We spent one night in the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The hotel seems to be newly renovated and the design of the room and the aspect of the entire house is outstanding. Very comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Loved the nespresso machine in the room! The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant! It was a remarkable experience, very tasty dishes cooked with fresh ingredients from the region. Highly recommended! We came by car, the hotel has a large parking place and a lovely garden!

Everything was just perfect

The hotel was top notch and whilst some reviews mentioned the proximity of the main road, the noise caused would not affect your stay

To use the sauna facilities you have to be naked, I would suggest to get more business they re think this rule

Everything was wonderfull !! Kindness of the owner and staff ! Super breakfast and the diner was excellent ! It is a very nice property and also so clean !! I surely don't hesitate to recommend this address to our friends

Would have liked a fridge and bottled water in our room

Rooms were small and basic for the price. No heating on a cold, wet 13C day/night, and when requested all staff said not possible to switch on even just the towel rails to dry clothes. Pool side cabin shut so no access to towel after swim & no staff to ask for one.

The owner and the personal were very kind. The pool is great, the water is perfect, the food is execellent.

There is nothing that I could say we didn’t like

Great hotel for a long relaxing weekend. Very nice restaurant, great breakfast, nice pool, good location in the middle of the Alsace

The aircon in our room wasn’t very good, it couldn’t keep us cool at night.
