A slightly quirky, but modern and comfortable hotel. A very short walk to the centre of the old town, but with the bonus of secure underground parking. A wonderful view of the city and mountains beyond from the breakfast room and top floor terrace.

A shame there was no hotel restaurant for evening meal, but the breakfast was good.

Nice hotel close to center of town. Has own parking for eur 10 per night. Rooms nice. Did not take breakfast which looked like a ripoff for eur 19 per person.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Was able to park the car in the garage. Quick check in. There is a lovely downstairs reception area.

It seems that parking is not guaranteed. There is an excellent bar area. We used it in 2021 and enjoyed the cocktails. But in 2022 and now in 2023 the staff tell you it is closed on a Saturday. We had a Junior Suite for the second time as wanted some more space after a long drive. But the Suites aren't really Suites. They are more like a standard room and then two single beds and a chair forced into an area. The worst was breakfast. This is normally a highlight. Great food and an amazing view. We pre-booked it. The hotel was busy so you had to choose a slot. But when we arrived there was a queue and no space. We were asked to wait an hour. We didn't have time and had to leave. We informed reception but were told we would still be charged even though they couldn't supply us with breakfast at the time they arranged. At least they removed the car parking cost but we still lost 27 Euro. It's a real pity as we want to continue using the hotel. The hotel seems like it is failing and that causes doubt in going back. Even the main door into the hotel didn't work on the Sunday morning. I hope the hotel can get back how it used to be. We have used it four times but are now seriously wondering if it is worth going back.

Great reception staff, good breakfast (just our 9yr old boy had a breakfast and was no charge for it). Underground parking available and safe. Easy walk 9min to the Cathedral where you'll find shops and restaurants.

The position was extremely comfortable, just a few minutes away from the city centre. Guys at the hotel's reception were very friendly and professional, on our first night there they gave us some tips about restaurants.

Noise from road. Staff not the most helpful or friendly. 3 bed room but only towels/cups/glasses/coffee for 2 people

the bar prices were expensive

The location is good, the Christmas markets were only a short walk away. The hotel is trying to be "charming," but misses the mark I think. The bed was big and comfortable. There was free "Vin Chaud" in the lobby.

The property is undergoing renovations (I hope). There were no baseboards in the hallway on my floor. There is underground parking, but it is very tight.
