I only stayed here for a few hours in order to catch an early morning flight, but the late night self check-in worked great, the room was comfortable and the location for Stuttgart Airport very handy.

Room service opened the room without knocking several times before the check out. Room was not clean when we arrived. Trash on the floor.

The lady receptionist with a curly hair was very kind with me! i really appreciate this behaviour! the hotel is small but clean. The room was enough big. I couldn't have breakfast due to my early flight..

May be air condition in the future will be necessary. Every year is hotter than previous..

There is no air condition on the hotel, also you can not serve with coffe after 20:00 since they close the hotel no one is there after this time. Bed and pillow was not so confortable. There is no shampoo in shower, same dispenser is used for washing hands also for shower, you need to open door or shower and go out in order to get some shanpoo.

The rooms are really amazing comfortable and neat and clean , its very much sure that the employees take so perfect care of the rooms to make guest comfortable after long tours and welcome you in perfect environment.

The employees are welcoming and respectful they always help you in any of your doubts and problems you face.I personally like the surrounding and my stay was comfortable at the place.

The staff ist very nice, and the breakfast is good.

The rooms need to be more thoroughly cleaned, specially the bathroom.
