Lovely pool surrounded by a sweet garden full of birds and butterflies. We stayed for one night after a flight and would happily have been there for longer. Breakfast was good and room worked well. Kids happy there.

Staff were a little slow and food outside breakfast was so-so.

The customer service from our waiter during our breakfast he was very nice, energetic and he did a great job.

The bathroom was dirty, no shampoo, no conditioner, the toilet and sheets were dirty and the waiters in the night were too obsessed with the tips, asking many times to tip in cash because he wouldn’t have the money the same day. It was very annoying because we felt bad for not having cash.

Airport Shuttle was a nice touch, going to Airport much better than picking up at Airport. There are specific instructions on how to contact the hotel for the shuttle. It says to go to a certain 'numbered' platform, but when you get out to the area, all you see is pillars with LETTERS on them. We asked around and a very helpful gentleman told us to go to Pillar 'B'...and follow that down to platform #26 for the terminal we landed at. Booking.com or the hotel I recall sent us an E-mail with the instructions for the shuttle, perhaps they could add this little tidbit about the Pillars, and it would cause less anxiety..lol.

Transportation never arrived to pick us up from airport. waited over an hour and called multiple times just for them to tell me it would be another 5-30mins. After we checked out once again had to wait for another transportation cause the driver did not want to leave yet.

The free airport shuttle pickup process was super easy and hassle-free. We arrived to/from the airport within 10 minutes each trip. The room was basic but comfortable, fairly quiet despite being close to the airport. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Free water bottles in the rooms and in the gym.

No complimentary breakfast; there is a restaurant at the lobby but it is a little pricy, as expected for hotel restaurants. Check-in process took a while even though there was only 1 person in front of us at the counter.

the bed was super comfy ! close to the airport and loved the airport transfer as I arrived very late, I used the gym was small but everything you need for a good workout and food was excellent. loved my stay. Incredibly friendly and accomodating. I’d stay here again

shower had hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. not where u stand tho so that was ok.

The pool was very nice and the garden. The room was good and is near the airport with free shuttle and that was the main purpose of this stay.

Attention - Frozen pizza is the pizza they serve in the hotel. Never happened to me before. I was shock. The receptionists were great and the staff in general but the tip thing even in a hotel is too much. The staff asked me for a tip during my buffet breakfast. What in the world...

Great airport shuttle available 24 hours running every 30 minutes. The rooms are very nice and modern with comfortable beds.

Small thing but the jets didn't work on the jacuzzi. Also, there are unfortunately only 2 washers and 2 dryers so if you intend to do laundry try to get in as soon as you check in for a better chance.

The bed was comfortable and the room was modern. The restaurant and reception staff were welcoming and memorable. Ivan was a good host in the restaurant; very funny.

The quality of the bed, beddings, pillows, shower etc - I had one of the best BEST sleeps in your hotel after one month travelling staying at Bnb… also Airport free shuttle is the main reason I chose this hotel and I’m glad I did! Thank you!

The service can be improved a little - you can tell that they are doing a professional job but can add some human warmth …

I missed a short on the pool zone, I called to the hotel and asked if they can take it and they answered "There are nothing on pool zone", I decided return to the hotel (I was on the airport) and my short still on pool zone, they didn't wanted to help me neither look for it
