Tutto molto vello, personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona e varia la colazione. In più il giorno della partenza ci hanno permesso di lasciare l'auto nel loro posteggio per poter visitare Lucca a piedi e prima di ripartire, ci hanno permesso di usare la toilette. Consiglio sicuramente questo albergo.

Consiglio questa struttura in quanto:
- gode di un'ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico a soli 10 minuti a piedi (l'albergo è difronte alle mura);
- è dotata di parcheggio privato gratuito;
- la camera è risultata essere pulita e confortevole (1 notte);
- la colazione varia e soddisfacente;
- personale molto gentile e disponibile. Forniscono all'arrivo la mappa della città dando utili indicazioni.
Unico appunto (davvero minimale) è relativo alla colazione, ovvero alla scelta di posizionare direttamente le brioches calde su un piano in vetro per il self service anzichè su di un vassoio o un contenitore dedicato.

Very nice place, well decorated, very clean. Staff very welcoming. Quick check-in and check-out. We didn't use them but the hotel will land you a bicycle! Location is awesome, very close the the city center (and the train station). Free wifi, free parking. Dogs are welcome no additional fees.
Been there in December and i understand it's cold outside but there is WAY too much heat in the bedroom during the night and it's not possible to tweak it to less. The bedroom is small and in the middle of the night it was like Summer heat!!!

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Excellent location just outside city walls. Use of free hotel bikes. The room was always cleaned and made so nice each day.
The spa wasn't open anymore but is still advertised on the hotel website which was disappointing. No restaurant other than for breakfast.

The hotel was a good place to explore the old town of Lucca - the bicycles are a fantastic extra treat and staff was very nice. Everything as described and nice - but no wow factor. We were unlucky with the weather- so we didn’t use the outside areas.
Breakfast was not great… could have had some more options like egg and bacon.

Breakfast did not open before 7.30am which didn't allow us to have breakfast before we left for the airport.

Loved the location, this was our 2nd stay here. Rooms are very comfortable. The use of hotel bikes are fantastic so you are able to ride around the wall of the old city and within. No car needed. Highly recommend.

Great location very close to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with everything you could want. Lovely bathroom with modern shower. Air conditioning! Parking at rear (although by the next day this was overflowing)
