the room was ok but overpriced

no food as restaurant closed. There was a leaking roof on my floor with a bucket underneath that I had to tell staff was at the top on many occasions. whilst at the hotel I had to quarantine due to contracting Covid-19. during that time I could not leave my room and get any food or water. the hotel supplied me with small water bottles, which they then tried to charge me €50 as they said each small 200ml bottle was €1.5. They did not mention once that I would be charged plus I had no way of getting out to purchase water. the very least they could do would be to help when someone is not allowed by law to leave a room. I declined to pay this bill and was told by the management there was nothing they could do! I eventually had to escalate to the hotel manager who then agreed to remove this cost.

parking is expensive at 15 Euros a night

I liked the air conditioning and front street parking. The tea was exceptional. Beds were comfortable

Upon arrival the advertised restaraunt was closed. And breakfast was the only available service at 15euros for sliced cheese and some fruit. With all cards frozen the hotel started out with no idea how to dial out and how to dial an international number. This went on for 2 days. Stranded I couldn't get help but nobody at this hotel cared. The first site on floor 2 was a bucket catching leaks. Soon there were 2. The staff was not helpful and the breakfast chef was rude. He would ask for a room number over and over demanding it. Despite not having breakfast. I will stay elsewhere. I canceled my several weeks reservation. Be sure to use booking or they will bend you over. Did not like it. And the maids will steal your business cards. Not a good visit.

Reasonably priced bar, good range of quality food on the menu for dinner. €16 Uber from T4S.

Comfortable clean room, plenty of space. Good location for our needs.

No English speaking speaking channels on the TV, with the exception of 2 news channels. Yet at least 4 German ones and French. No extra pillows. Only 1 soap provided, nothing for the bidet.

Great location for a business trip; close to the airport and across the road from a shopping centre with loads of places to eat. The room was clean, with access to fast WiFi and the addition of a coffee machine was an added luxury. Breakfast was a relaxed experience with a wide selection to choose from.

Paper cups in the room and the lighting in the room wasn't adaptable; either every light was on, which was very bright, or they were all off.
