Hotel espectacularmente limpio y ordenado. Ni una cosa fuera de sitio. Tanto el personal de recepción como el de limpieza muy amables.

I booked a basic twin room. It was very clean and the a good size, it was serviced everyday. Bathroom was well ventilated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and the room was cool.
The breakfast was a buffet style although you can order eggs made to your order (fried, scrambled etc).
There is a KFC next door to the hotel and a supermarket 100m away. The tram stop is conveniently placed, just outside, and can take you to Murcia City Centre (3 stops), single ticket is 1.05 euro.
The swimming pool is opened from 12.30 to 2.30pm and then again from 4.30 to 8.30pm. Clean and towels awaliable from the Lifeguard.
The staff were amazing!! Very helpful and lovely people! The reception staff spoke English very well.
Only few plug sockets. Not a big deal unless you want to charge more than one device.
No kettle in our room but I could have upgraded to a room with a coffee machine so it was my choice.

Clean, quiet and perfectly located for the town centre, music venue and arena, as it is directly in front of a tram stop
Breakfast was plentiful, the aircon a must in such extreme heat. The pool area was ok but could do with some TLC. However it was not open very much

Staff very polite, welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very convenient to go to city centre in a tram or bus.
Would be helpful to have Tea and Coffee making facilities in the rooms. Also, affordable ironing and laundry services.

Very clean hotel. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Paid for breakfast and it was very good. Plenty of choice and fresh. Very handy for the tramline to take you in and out of city.
Conflicting information about the Turkish bath. One receptionist said 15 minutes notice required to heat up. Another receptionist said it was closed and had been since COVID. But it didn't affect our stay.

Free, easy parking on the road outside
Poor sound insulation between rooms. No shower gel. Little tired in the room, lobby and stairs. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel

The hotel was perfectly located for our overnight trip to see a band in a nearby venue..Very close to the tramline for getting into the city centre or to the shopping centres on the outskirts.
