Es la 4 estancia que hago... La verdad que me gustan mucho los apartamentos... Pero está última vez no estuve tan agusto... Pensaba cogerlos otra vez en septiembre pero me lo estoy pensando

Que me tocará primer piso... Tenía estar con todo cerrado por el olor a tabaco etc... Lo que me cautivo fue la limpieza,aunque está vez dejaba desear no mucha... Aunque se lo dije a una limpiadora que conocia de otras reservas y sobre la marcha los 2 últimos días i mpecable .. Siempre alquilo para tres adultos Pero en el sofá no hay quien duerma Está vez me tocó el peor apartamento

The apartment was great as was the view. Location up the hill in Puerto Rico but you had the Europa Centre literally round the corner. You had everything you need in the apartment which was serviced daily. Really enjoyed this break

It had everything required for my short stay.

Wi-Fi was included in the price.

Poolside apartment was convenient for a disdabled guest and in convenient proximately to the lift.

We have been regular guests at the property for many years, but this was our first visit since the pandemic. Unfortunately, the poolside bar and supermarket has now closed, leading to elderly guests having to make an uphill trek to buy supplies for the self-catering apartments. We were unable to source a parasol or loungers for the patio, which in past has been provided. The pool now has a fence erected around its perimeter with opening hours of 10.30 - 18.00. In the past this has been an open area to swim at your leisure. We felt restricted with these hours given that the temperature was in its late 30's. Staff did not seem very helpful with these matters, and as a consequence we found alternative accommodation and checked out 6 nights early. Overall a disappointing stay, to what has been a very pleasant place to be in the past. Please bring back the amenities you once had.

Big balcony great location for shop and entertainment

No Bar No shop on complex No water in room on arrival very poor esp when you arrive in the middle of night

Large sunny balconies with nice views. Lovely staff and just across from Europa Centre with pubs, food and shops

The noise from chairs is r/s and sun beds being scrapes along balconies was very loud as person above balcony is directly above bedroom. Also chairs and sun beds extremely hard with no padding. Also on site shop and pool bar closed

Size of balconies were good. Swimming pools.were great

Apartments were tired in need of upgrading
