Am avut o rezervare de 72 euro/ 3 adulti pentru o camera, noi eram 2 adulti si 2 copii din acest motiv mi-au cerut sa platesc pentru al doilea copil de 10 ani 31 euro in conditiile in care nu am solicitat pat suplimentar. Am fost deacord sa platesc pentru mic dejun ca asa mi se parea corect dar sa fim seriosi un copil de 10 ani nu mananca de 31 euro, pana la urma am platit 24 euro pe motiv ca eu am avut o rezervare cu discount si acum nu mai era valabil.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent. Our room had a view of the street and also the port and the strait! It’s right out in front of the ferry. Breakfast is great.

A little maintenance is needed in the room.

We stayed in the deluxe room, quite spacious with big balcony.

The air conditioning on the 5th floor is not adequate. The air conditioning worked best past 10 pm at night when the sun had gone down.

Everything. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. We arrived a few minutes after breakfast time was over but the lovely lady Filiz allowed us to take our breakfast. The location is perfect.

There is nothing to complain about, but perhaps rooms could have a box of tissues and more variety at breakfast

Staff was nice all the way around. Location was near the waterfront , many restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was nice, with good variety.

Room was a little small, but certainly manageable. No parking, but they will park car for no charge. Probably could use a refresh, but for the money it's hard to complain.
