Very nice breakfast in a nice environment, helfpul staff attending to our needs, really family-like hospitality.

It's in the old town so can't be approached by car, needs some walking with luggage, but that's worth it.

We loved that this is a family run hotel and that the property used to be their home. The traditional decor and big homely kitchen, beautiful courtyard for breakfast. Breakfast was simple and plentiful offering local food from the market. The manager was very helpful as he knows the area well. He is learning english and making superb progress (compared with our poor Spanish). We would definitely stay here again.

Pere and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was brilliant and served in a great setting in the outdoor patio area. The hotel is next to the main restaurants and bars of the old town and is walking distance (or a short bus trip) from the beach.

They were really friendly with us. Showed us what we should check during the vacation. The breakfast was amazing it was the best way to start every vacation day! The bathroom was really big and pleasent, just like the bed. There is a free parking area in 5 minutes where really is to park. It is in the middle of the old city of Alcudia, perfect for short walks around.

The hotel has it’s own beautiful atmosphere by focusing on so many details - the beautiful garden, individual paintings and a great breakfast. What made our stay most memorable were the lovely owners. They are very attentive and gave us so many great tips for restaurants and activities. We have felt really welcomed and enjoyed every second of our stay. Moreover, the rooms and the hotel itself is incredibly clean!

We had an amazing break in this lovely local hotel in the heart of Alcudia old town. Hope to visit again! Such a friendly welcome from the host. The homemade cake with breakfast was fantastic!

breakfast to be improved in variety. only stayed 3 days, which was fine. but in case of a longer stay I would desire more variety. however both hosts very kind and engaged to do it best, even offered fresh homemade cake. suggestion: offer fresh and hot egg options (scrambled, boiled, omelette)

The hotel was a wonderful base to explore the area, go cycling, and enjoy the coast. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in very close proximity to the hotel and the staff are great at making you feel at home. I had to be up early for an event the next morning after we checked in and they made sure we would have some breakfast available which was massively appreciated. The hotel itself is in a very impressive old building which has been converted to a hotel very tastefully, with large rooms and modern facilities.

Due to the nature of the old town you have to park outside the walls, however there was plenty of parking available and it was a two minute walk to the hotel.

Very beautiful building in old town. Very courteous and sweet hosts with helpful advices for a uncomplicated stay.

Breakfast was good and the gent who served it was very nice , the room was lovely , high ceilings and a huge bathroom , courtyard is a lovely setting for breakfast and the location in alcudia could not be better , would come again for sure. Thank you to the family who run Can Tem our visit to alcudia couldn't have been better.

Nothing at all except there was a great biscuit for breakfast on the first day we wish we had seen more of 😅

Everything was perfect! Lovely welcome, great and clean rooms, perfect location, great staff, wonderful atmosphere and delicious breakfast. Easy to park the car close by. One of the most beautiful hotels we´ve been to.
