It was a nice property

Sehr freundliches, entgegenkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere und gepflegte Zimmer und Anlage. Nörgler finden bestimmt irgendeinen Fehler wir z.B. eine fehlerhafte Fliese im Bad oder zu wenig Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Aber um den Preis gibt es für uns nichts auszusetzen.

Unsere Abreise, unser Aufenthalt war definitiv zu kurz!

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig, sauber und hatte ein sehr großes und bequemes Bett, auch die Terrasse war super mit 2 großen Stühle. Die Anlage ist auch schön gepflegt. Der Pool sieht auch gut aus, wir waren jedoch nicht drinnen.

Das Fitnessstudio war leider veraltet. Das Hotel liegt zwischen 2 Orten, man kann sie fussläufig erreichen, aber man sollte mit einem Roller mobil sein.

Garden is amazing.

The safe never got fixed in my room, so I had to carry my valuables with me at all times.

The location is very noisy, just next to night market with concerts all night. Very far, unfortunately,to the resting place that is advertised

The staff are all fantastic and always very friendly and helpful.

The whole place needs a make-over. There are missing tiles in the pool, and the rooms look like they haven't had any type of maintenance since they were first built. A real disappointment to check into.

If someone like to stay over 6feet tall, you should better book for deluxe room ! the rest are fine ..

Lovely resort with very friendly and nice people. Especially the lady who serves the breakfast buffet and lunch. We gave her a souvenir from Holland to thank her for her kindness. The resort is beautiful; straight out of a fairytale. It's just as beautiful as in the pictures. We loved it. The location is a bit further away from beaches and town, but with a taxi shuttle you can be somewhere in 5-10 minutes. So that's perfect! The upside is that the resort is very quiet. So we enjoyed a great rest. Definitely go to Kai Bae Beach, it's beautiful and not crowded at all. Almost the whole beach was ours alone. The Tree Top Adventure Park was also great. A lot of monkeys in the jungle and great ziplines. We loved it here ❤️❤️

Everything. . The pool was lovely . Needed it in hot temperatures. Staff were great nothing to much trouble, and extremely helpful

The Restaurant wasn't brilliant Breakfast was fine. I think the air con unit was leaking water into the wardrobe. Got the impression that the place was just getting back running after covid

The beach was in our opinion the best on the island - 10 minute walk from the hotel. The pool was beautiful, the gardens immaculate (I have stayed in 5* hotels that didn’t have gardens as nice) the breakfast was good. The room a good size and was cleaned daily. Restaurants and bars 10/15 minute walk in either direction after leaving the hotel.

Bathrooms need updating although they are clean. Our back door had some holes in it that let mosquitoes into the room, the gym is poorly equipped and needs updating, otherwise pretty perfect hotel for the price. Take plenty of repellent, I have lots of mosquito bites.

Nice location and pool. Room a bit outdated but still comfy except the big spider in the bathroom. But what do you expect on a tropical island.

Beautiful surroundings, grounds well maintained, free water daily, quiet area, nice terrace to sit. Rooms very big and comfortable. Great AC.

Overpriced breakfast. A bit far from beach and not enough beach shuttle times. Hard bed but pillows were nice and soft.

Building at rear of the resort where the gym is located is a mess, needs cleaning up. Not enough reclining sun loungers around the pool.

Beautiful and quiet resort with friendly staff. The room was very spacious and had a nice view into the garden.

Breakfast could be improved by adding some more Western breakfast options and by ensuring that the warm dishes stay warm the whole time.

Large and clean bed.

There were a lot of Russians drinking until very late in the restaurant with very loud music. The staff didn’t speak English. Breakfast was very basic. We had issues with the shower - there was no hot water - and the door handle was broken. They fixed the door but not the shower so we had to go to sleep without a shower the first night. We left the following morning and we didn’t even get an apology.

the only issue was the spa was not open but this was only due to only opening a few weeks ago after Covid and is being revamped but everything else was perfect

Closed bar at the swimming pool, closed spa, no restaurant... maybe temporarily? but better make sure before you book if you need those facilities.

The pool at the resort was very nice, and always at the right temperature. It was very well-maintained (in general, all the property's landscaping was well maintained) and the hot tub was clean too, though it could have definitely been hotter. The bed as well was nice. It was large and also clean, and the room we had opened up to a small porch area that was really cute and looked out into the gardening / landscaping within the property. Also, it was nice that the resort worked with a motorbike rental company to get us a reliable motorbike where we didn't feel like we may be screwed-over with the price and potentially not receive our Baht down-payment for the bike rental. The cost is also very reasonable, but it explains the issues listed in what I did not like.

The location doesn't look bad at first, but there's the issue of beach accessibility. To reach the nearest beach, you need to walk north to Klong Prao, and take a very suspect public access bridge over a swampy area will trash and falling-over facades of walls. It would have been so much better to just have direct beach access where we were staying. Other beaches required a motorbike to get to, which we ended up using, but then again it would have been better to start with beach access at Klong Prao, Kai Bae, or White Sands Beach and then motorbike from any of those locations. Also, the bathroom was just eh. Had pests, had a barely functioning shower leaving the floor damp and wooden posts for the shower walls which were not stable, and was a bit dingy with few places to put toiletries. The biggest disappointment, though, was the breakfast. Our "Traditional Thai" breakfast ended up looking like what a Comfort Inn / Motel 6 would imagine a "Traditional Thai" breakfast to be, with machine-made nespresso coffee and vanilla yogurt, as well as undercooked hot dogs and omelettes. Sure, there was fried rice and white rice, along with Thai Entrees, but I'm eating breakfast, not lunch or dinner, and my only options are badly done American breakfast foods and Thai Dinners? Come on. Seriously? It really was a big disappointment.
