Excellent staff service. Food quality was great. Breakfast hours were very convenient . Gym was open convenient hours

Staff didn’t know the neighborhood so they couldn’t answer any questions regarding directions . Room cleaning service was very late in the day , usually when we came back to the room in the afternoon to rest.

Breakfast was the Best.A wide variety to choose from and Smiling Waiting staff.

Reception functioning could have been better. Lack of customer service Concierge unattended No Local sightseeing brochures ,maps on site

The breakfast spread was amazing and the Ashish and his team made sure that all our requirements were met and were very hospitable. The only downside was that they would shut at 10:30am, sharp and would be nice to have the buffet operational till 11am, at least.

It would have been nice if we could have booked a package that included breakfast and we did not have to put in the extra effort to have booked our breakfast separately.

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and modern.

We are vegan. We requested the chefs (Rajesh Singh and others) in the restaurant to get vegan cheese and vegan spread for us so that we could have pizza and other dishes. However, the chefs said that it would take them a long time to order it as they have to get approval. We feel that more effort could have been made by the chefs to accommodate our dietary requirements. When we made our booking, we advised the hotel in advance of our dietary requirements.

Excellent service. Staff went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and lovely shower. Will stay here again when we next return to Ahmedabad. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay great.
