The property is very nice and interiors are amazing, open semi outdoors reception, the landscape is well designed and the rooms are clean with comfortable bed, there is free lift frequently from the hotel to the nearest plaza with few shops and Thai restaurants as the hotel is deep inside green area with side road off the highway from airport. The breakfast room is fully glazed with view on small lake and waterfall, breakfast with great range of varieties, the private beach at the opposite end of the reception and hotel entrance, the pool located parallel to the beachfront, renaissance resort style, quality and touch is obvious.

The hotel is deep inside off the highway coming from airport, but this is not a problem as Grab and Bolt taxis are available using their apps and very cheap in addition to the frequent shuttle to and from the nearest plaza which is about 1 km from the hotel resort

Das Hotel war außergewöhnlich toll, das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen, v.a. am Pool und auch das Essen und die Cocktails waren köstlich. Das Frühstücksrestaurant liegt malerisch an einer kleinen Lagune mit Seerosen und Wasserfall. Man kann das Treiben der Fische und mehrere Warane beim Essen beobachten. Für die Kinder ist das auch sehr spannend. Die Gartenanlage ist toll angelegt und über kleine, geschlungene Wege gelangt man zu den einzelnen Bereichen im Hotel. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Meerblick und einen kleinen Kinderpool, den die Kids lieben. Der schöne Strand ist kilometerlang und es sind kaum Menschen dort, was sehr entspannt war. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Starbucks im Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, komfortabel, sauber und ruhig. Man konnte mit dem Shuttlebus des Hotels (alle 30min.) oder kostenlos ausleihbaren Fahrrädern ins Dorf fahren.

Die Lage war ein wenig ab vom Schuss, dadurch musste man länger zu anderen Restaurants und Shops außerhalb der Anlage laufen oder mit dem Shuttlebus des Hotels (alle 30min.) oder kostenlosen Fahrrädern vom Hotel hinfahren. Leider hatten wir einige Tag Pech mit vielen Algen und Quallen im Meer, deswegen konnten wir dann nur den Pool der Anlage nutzen.

Prachtig hotel, alles is heel goed onderhouden. Het personeel is echt superaardig. Het eten is heel goed en het ontbijtbuffet heel uitgebreid en lekker. De kamer is mooi, groot en wordt goed schoongemaakt.

Het strand valt wat tegen vergeleken met andere plekken in Thailand, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. De omgeving is niet heel spannend maar met de gratis shuttle kan je wel naar een klein winkelcentrum in de buurt.

Room was comfortable (aside the mosquitoes) and spacious, staff were good, especially Yo, the trainer in the fitness centre. Fitness centre was fantastic with a wide range of machines and weights, some great classes on offer as well. Pool was good as was service by pool. Close to a nice, quiet stretch of beach.

Breakfast selection was large but still a disappointing selection for vegetarians, especially from the kitchen. Room consistently filled with mosquitos after cleaners came, despite complaints. Location was awful, there is nothing in the area apart from a hugely overpriced plaza reachable by shuttle with below average restaurants. We spent 45 mins each way in cabs to take us to nicer areas. On site restaurants and spa extortionate and not good value for money

The room, it was big, well equipped and clean. I liked the lagoon and living creatures there. Also, the service was excellent. The personnel was so friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the beach restaurant.

Beautiful lush grounds with small ponds and rivers filled with fish. Loved the natural surroundings. Food was top notch and staff were super friendly. Breakfast had loads of choice and variety. We liked that they offered free shuttle to the local market.

Lack of entertainment and facilities for older kids. They had a kids club which was suitable for toddlers.

The service was extraordinary, the staff were helpful and friendly also the room was extremely clean and nice.

The location was far from the city center and other activities but it is a good place for relaxation. There should be more activities and sports in the resort.

The rooms felt new. The room was spacious, bathroom had on tap toiletries rather than small plastic tubes which was great, and the room was cleaned well. The pools were well serviced by very friendly staff. Overall the staff were welcoming and always willing to help. The restaurant s were wonderful, in particular the on site Thai restaurant which was absolutely top notch!

It was a bit far from a local village. There was a shuttle bus to a few shops but those were pretty sterile.

The food was excellent. The housekeeping were fantastic and even had a turn down service at the end of the day. The gym was good and well equipped. The swimming pool was nice and the grounds well kept.

The receptionist wanting to sell us a better room on arrival. Being informed not to swim in the sea or go barefoot on the beach on arrival. Not being allowed to use the bicycles after 5.00. The elevator to our room needed fixing and broke while I was in it.

- Great, quiet location but far from Phuket town for those looking to visit some of the sights on the island - Tours to Koh Phi Phi / James Bond island are great but require getting up very early in the morning due to pick up schedules

Our villa was fantastic well equipped and maintained. All stuff were very helpful, polite and attentive to our little occasional requests. Breakfests were delicious and in abundance. All facilites we used were clean and accessible. Restaurants provided very good food and the menu was great and diverse.

Unfortunately the beach was dirty and the debris were strewn all over the place. That included some needles and other sharp objects.

Value for money. Good place for family with small children, as they provided daily activities for the kids at the kids club. A good variety of food for the breakfast buffet and there are Halal food options which is a bonus too.

The current renovations which at times can be slightly loud and disruptive to the overall serene ambience.

Spacious rooms, good food choices, nice swimming pool Area and helpful staff

Not so much a “not like” but I remember the breakfast being more elaborate with more options.
