Beautiful and friendly house with a very welcoming atmosphere. The location is great. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very attentive service from Hans. Excellent and huge breakfast. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to couples who want to go to Bruges.

brugge is s beautyful ton and staying at Maison de la Rose made even better. we stayed in the family room which fitted the family with three children well.

The room was clean and tidy

Very noisy, you can hear all the steps of other rooms. The beds were not as described on booking website: we were expecting a double bed and instead we found a 2 single detached beds. Not ideal for a young couple. We ended sleeping on only one bed.

I highly recommend this property. The location can't be beat being just a short walk to the main square. It's hard to find good lodging for a family of 5 but the loft suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and kind and even helped me with a birthday surprise for my wife, purchasing flowers, chocolates and wine and had them in the room waiting for us. This was a second attempt to stay here as the first time we had to cancel at the last minute due to COVID and they were gracious to give us a full refund. I can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed in a loft, which was very spacious and modern designed. it was well maintained and in good condition. It is recommended for families. The location was in a close vicinity to the market square and popular destinations.

It would have been better if the Wifi internet was faster.

We had a very nice stay though it was only for one night. Very friendly reception by the host. The room and bathroom was lovely and it was close to the center of beautiful Brugge. I could recommend it every day!

I would change the way the room is furnished. The sink in the bathroom with two miniature separate taps is impossible to use.

Building with unique historic function, located on the walking touristic route around the strict center as well as the bus route. As the rooms for rent constitute a part of the day actual household of he hosts, you need to schedule your arrival more precisely. The communication aspect is really impeccable: once you book, you receive the most exhaustive welcome message ever! Upon arrival your host Hans present you with a bunch of advice, a map and a guidebook to make your stay in Brugge an experience full of substance. Our loft was spacious, separate bedroom overlooking the yard guaranteed a quiet night, bathroom gives you a choice between a bath or a shower. All roof windows have shutters so lack of unnecessary sources of light facilitates a good night’s rest. Kitchen with a coffee machine, a kettle and basic cutlery allows you to prepare simple meals or dine with takeaways in a decent way. Comfortable sitting area with two sofas and coffee table allows for a relaxing evening in front of tv. Chocolate eggs were a nice treat for the children.

Due to sanitary restrictions the hosts decided not to serve breakfast in rooms. The initial information was that breakfast is an option if you are the only guests in the house. Nearest grocery shops do not open till 8:30 but luckily Panos some 10minutes’ walk from there does all the work.
