recommend keeping better quality and new bed covers and bath towels, instead providing the faded / old ones

Staff is very courteous and it is a very clean place. The location is reasonably close to eateries etc.,. Hotel restaurant is nice, breakfast is good. Overall good experience !

Carpet in the room and in the corridors seems old, but clean though.

smells+ the staff on the last day of me there noticed that we didn’t pay for 17th i stayed for 8 nights and no one noticed that i didn’t like that

booking process , as i got the confirmation from the manager that i can pay at the time of check out as this booking was for my parents , but the person on reservation he asked them to pay right away .that seems so weird as it was confirmed earlier to pay on checkout.

the hospitality was good, the people were well trained and the breakfast spread was good.late check out was quite respected.

breakfast spread the same, swimming pool in other property and was very very cold , no proper lift movement, very very poor location and no area to move around in the property and the rooms overlooking the grave was very disappointing.

Parking on one of the days of special event was not sufficient. Resident guests should be given priority or reserved parking spot .
