Brilliant location, the beachfront bar is spot on. ✅

Dated on the whole, plus the humidity creates an inescapable mustiness. Not sure how that could be overcome though, perhaps a/c filters cleaned more often?

Personeel was extreem aardig!! Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, genoeg keuze voor iedereen.

Alle faciliteiten waren er niet of niet meer. Geen tennis geen ei verven geen hout snijden geen badminton (we werden naar de personeels ruimte gebracht en konden daar wel even badminton spelen maar was erg armoedig en meer een opslagruimte) geen gratis kajak of suppen. Aquagym/ yoga 15 min ipv 1 uur Geen beachvolleybal…….

It was our first stay at prama we where very surprised when we arrived was not expecting the hotel to be Soo big and wonderful.then the driver told us it was the old Sanur hotel many years ago.it was the first time I ever came to Bali over 30 years ago I couldn't believe it is was nothing like the days it was one of the be est hotels I ever stayed in Bali. Definitely coming back .

Buffet breakfast was great..lots of choices. Great beachfront location and close to many eateries. Main pool and Splash pool were lovely. Water was perfect temperature. Always able to get a seat and plenty of beachfront seats also.

I had requested ground floor rooms and were not given them initially but on checking rooms before registration staff were able to find other suitable rooms.

No atmosphere or activity’s not enough pool chairs. Staff were friendly but not knowledgeable.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices and friendly staff.

The hotel room and bathroom was in need of repair and very outdated, so I wouldn’t class this hotel as 5 star. The towels had lots of old stains on them and the pool towels were the same. The food and drink were expensive and a glass of Bali wine was around $13 with tax and service fee added.

We loved the live music and happy hour and sitting at the beach! The grounds were pretty, our room was comfortable and we appreciated the breakfast box.

Location was great , pool area was great . Breakfast , lots of choices but the same every day , we were there 19 nights , so it got somewhat boring . Rooms were very very dated , our supposed garden view room looked onto a brick fence .

Personne pour nous accompagner jusque la chambre lors de notre arrivée, chambre très vieillotte, odeur de renfermé, cheveux dans la douche, housse de couette avec une odeur nauséabonde, tache de sang sur les draps, pas de prise à côté du lit, odeur de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain. 112€ la nuit…….

The taxi service was terrible the men at the taxi box in reception were not interested in taking us into sanur

Rooms and linens a little dated but otherwise clean and comfortable

Breakfast was amazing 2 large pools one for kids other for adults and pool boys and roller skates lol Room were spacious and clean Bed was very hard but you can ask for a mattress topper Excellent location

Handy location, absolute beachfront, private beach, large resort grounds and garden, (one of the largest on the entire Sanur beach strip), old Bali style, big pools (among the biggest on the entire Sanur beachfront), excellent pool for children and another large pool for adults (shallow to deep), mixed-crowd, a lot of Europeans and Australians, mostly quieter patrons and vibe, mum, dad and kids, couples of various ages, good breakfast buffet and nice beachside location, south Sanur and quieter than north Sanur, mostly better beach than north, lots of cafes and shops nearby

Pay attention here as circa 30 year patron of Prama writing.. 1 - Prama do nothing to retain the loyalty of long-time patrons. 2 - Prama do nothing to stop patrons reserving pool or beach lounge chairs for the entire day. Thus denying dozens of other patrons a pool or beachside lounge. Every day (and year in and out) you will go to the pool or beach and see many empty lounges with towels on them and only a few people in the water. At the same time (and over many+++ years) you will daily see patrons walking around and around trying to find an available lounge. So, you will have a ridiculous situation where patrons have to sit on the sand or grass or not go to the pool or beach because there are no lounges, even though all around them there are empty lounges with towels on then!!! For this writer Prama is an EPIC FAIL and always has been in their customer service for how this is 'managed'. 3 - By today's standards and for this class of resort, the rooms are somewhat small.

Very tired and rooms have had major water leaks which can lead to invisible mould which is dangerous . Whole property needs a total refit

Rooms very tired looking. There was a few cobwebs on the wall/ceiling and they were there all week (room 250) Cleaners need to move furniture and sweep/mop behind. Desperately needs decorating.

Think a bit more variety Yogurt or oats on various days The fruit dishes delightful and eggs were well made Hot drinks more varied.

Very good value for price, we had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur with my family! Very good and nice staff, excellent location with nice beach, and the breakfast is really amazing! I recommend

some area could be refreshed, We needed more electric plug in the room.
