electric outlets are outdated and adapters provided are not meeting the min electrical standards and thus constitute a very hazardous situation and might be an ignition source. this is in addition to the fact that they most likely do not work. We had to charge our mobiles in our car 😔😔😔

Checkin process was fast. All people at the hotel are very welcoming. Pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steam room all good with convenient opening time. Rooms are very clean and parking spaces inside and outside are spacious. First hotel ever who put the crib based on my message that I sent before coming to the hotel. Mattresses and pillows are so comfy. Thanks to Mr. Raed and Islam for following-up to make sure things went well.

Everything was amazing. Gym in the building is small, however, you are able to use other professional gym right next building which belongs to the hotel as well.
