Very modern design of the reception and the outdoor space. Nice room with a terrace. Good location just outside the high city center

I really enjoyed my stay. If I can be picky, considering this is a hotel, it would be nice to have someone at the reception or anyway reachable during the day - they break for lunch and if you get there (as I did) between 13-14:30 you have to wait.

Location , really nice staff , amazing breakfast, charging for electric cars ! Great hair dryer. We recommend !

Could have a bath curtain

It was a quiet room in an annex with a large bathroom. Good air conditioning. Good car park however you can not book it, we were able to park as not full season.

The reception is not overly friendly and often on the phone. The drop off for the bags is a side road and local people do not like you stopping there.

I had amazing time staying in le mistral hotel with wonderful visit at the city , nice foods , nice view and perfect hospitality at the reception and equipment services )

Good location, just outside of old town. Very clean, huge bathroom, amazing showers, but room is on the smaller side.

Wifi was slow and they treat you as a second class citizen if you're a hiker, but it's understandable as to why.

Nice rooms, coffee/tea facilities, good showers, comfortable bed.

Because we were hikers we were not allowed to take our rucksacks, boots and poles to our rooms to avoid transmission off bedbugs from refuges-though we had been in our tent and hadn’t stayed in refuges anyway. This seemed unreasonable since the bags were stored only metres away from all the hotel bedding. The storage area was left unlocked and the door was left open to the street on several occasions. I would have been happy to take extra precautions with potentially dirty or dangerous equipment but felt the measures adopted were unreasonable and unsecured. Some English speaking TV channels would be a good idea for guests who don’t speak French.

There was a nice terrace, but it had no furniture. So it could be nice if it had couple of chairs and small table.

Comfortable bed; nice staff, allowed us to leave our bags before check in; close to the old city (just 2 blocks away); close to the mini-market if you want to purchase anything.
